Yuki walked with Ember around the town. They were just going for a walk, not heading anywhere in general. They were holding hands, laughing, talking, much like a normal couple. Yuki was saying something, but cut himself off as he saw a blond woman walking toward them.
Of course, the woman didn't know it was Yuki, she was just walking, and happened to be walking the opposite way the couple was walking.
But Yuki had easily realized who it was and froze. When he'd managed to make himself relax he sighed. "Eh, Em... Let's go home," Yuki said, starting to turn around. But his mother was closer now. She'd realized who it was, quickened her pace, and was soon there.
"Err... Hello, Mother..." Yuki said, bowing deeply.

Ember was wearing a new outfit that Alice had bought her for Chirstmas. A pair of jeans with a few rips by the knees, and pink and red plaid stiched onto te other side, along with a pair of pink flats and black shirt that sat a bit off the shoulders, with a pink cammie underneath it. Ember decided to wear it today becuase it didn't look too expensive.
Ember copied Yuki and bowed.
"Hello, Mrs. Sohma." She said. Yuki didn't seem to like her very much...

"Yuki, who is this?" Yuki's mother prompted.
"My girlfriend..." Yuki said.
"What a shame! Didn't I raise you better than this? Isn't this girl a bit of a bad example? I mean, look at her clothes! Torn up jeans?" She scoffed.
"Mother! St--"
"She shouldn't be wearing this kind of thing in the winter," His mother went on, completely ignoring him when he tried to say something. "How shameful, I can't believe you're dating somebody like her!"

Ember was shocked. Her golden red eyes widened in shock. She had always imagined Yuki's mother as a nice person.
She wondered how she would react if she told the woman that her mother picked it out for her.
"Mrs. Sohma...my names is Ember Cullen." She introduced herself carefully.

"Well, at least she has a good name," Yuki's mother said. "But the way she dresses, it's so unappropriate! Does your mother know you wear those clothes?" The woman snapped.
"Mother, stop it! She's a really good person! You need to get to know her..." Yuki said.

"I-I'm not dis--"
"Quit arguing with me, Yuki! Do what I say!"
Yuki turned away a bit. His cheeks looked a bit red, like he was about to cry.

Yuki smiled at Ember.
"Mother, I can choose who I spend time with. She's not a bad example. She's been a good example for me, actually. And you'd like her siblings. They are all good..." He said.
For once Yuki's mother was listening.
((Ember should like, invite her to dinner, and for once Yuki's mom is a little proud of him. And she's actually kind of sorry for being rude to Em. ^^))

Ember smiled at Yuki's mother.
"Why don't you come over for dinner?" She asked. "My family loves company. Oh yeah, and none of us will look alike because we were all adopted." She said, informing her. Actually, Ember looked the most like Edward. they could probably pass for sibblings. Edward's and Ember's hair color were both bright, and Edward's, since it was bronze, had a reddish tint to it...

Yuki's mother took the paper. "Thank you, see you at four o' clock," She said. She didn't look happy, but not upset either. She walked off.
-At Four O' Clock-
Yuki was at the Cullens' house waiting anxiously. Wouldn't it be awkward for the Cullens, since they wouldn't be eating and it would only be Yuki and his mother eating? He hoped his mother didn't get bothered by the fact that they wouldn't eat. Of course, she'd just assume they weren't hungry...
There was a knock at the door.
((Carlisle or Esme should prolly answer. lol))

Esme opened the door and smiled at Yuki's mother.
"Come in!" She said opening the door wider for her to walk in.
Emmett and Edward were doing their favorite past-time, playfully teasing Ember.
Ember batted them away and went to go stand by Yuki.

Edward had cooked, since he was probably the best cooker in the whole household.
"Do you like chicken?" He asked her, the sleves of his shirt was now rolled up.
Emmett had gone to stand by Rosalie. Her blonde hair fell beautifuly around her shoulders. No doubt the most beautiful of all the Cullens...
Jasper walked down the stairs, his face blank. Pixie-like Alice followed after him.
Alice flitted over to Isami and kissed her cheek, which is how she greeted all the guests.
"I'm Alice!" She said happily. "You must be Isami." She said, kissing Isami's other cheek.
"Now, Alice, don't scare the guest away." Emmett teased. Alice stuck her tounge out at her brother.
"Behave." Esme scolded them.

Esme was so young. Obviously still in her twenties. Isami was surprised when Alice kissed her, but decided to dismiss it as part of their tradition.
"Yes, I do like chicken," Isami replied. "Would you mind introducing yourselves...?" She asked.

"I'm Emmett." The big vampire said.
"Rosalie." The blonde said.
"I'm Edward." Edward called form the kitchen.
Carlisle walked into the room.
"Hello, Mra. Sohma, My name is Carlisle." he said, shaking her hand.
Jasper followed his father.
"I'm Jasper." The other blonde hair. He still looked rather blank.
Alice hugged Jasper. Jasper hugged her back. Alice giggled. Jasper grinned at her.
