Yuki chuckled. "Yeah. I didn't like school much. A difficult time for me. I remember wishing that you were my age and in school with me after I met you. Oh, and I still think you're incredibly lucky to have been so many places."
((Mehehe. She could comment on how Yuki used to want to be friends with Kyo at one point. XD))

"Yeah. I don't know why," Yuki said with a smirk. "He wasn't worth befriending. But I thought he was lucky. I mean, I know his mother died, and his father, well, hates him, but at least he has Kazuma-domo," he commented.

"I almost ended up telling you about the curse," Yuki chuckled. "Almost let it slip after you asked why Kyo acted the way he did. Almost said 'because I'm the rat and he's the cat'."

Yuki chuckled. "Good, 'cause I'm hungry too." Apparently his stomach agreed with him, because it growled quietly. He smirked and laughed quietly. "See?" He walked with her to the kitchen.

She grinned and giggled slightly, then followed Yuki into the kitchen.

Yuki, once in the kitchen, opened the fridge and pulled out a white bowl with a blue lid on it. He opened it. You could see the fruit, but it had whipped cream mixed with pineapple juice and such in it, so it was orange. "Yum," Yuki said quietly, setting the bowl on the counter and getting two bowls, which he fumbled with for a moment and nearly dropped them, but instead managed to set them on the counter. He got a big spoon and put some fruit salad in each of the bowls, then got forks out for each of them, and handed one bowl off to Ember.

She grinned as she watched Yuki with the bowls. Eeh, she probably couldn't do much better then that.
"Thanks." She said to him before taking the bowl.

"No problem," Yuki replied, taking a bite of his own. He chewed and swallowed. "How in the world did she manage to get her hands on strawberries during winter?" He asked. Obviously, he'd just swallowed a strawberry piece.

She chuckled. Every since Ember had become human, she had started looking a bit healthier, but she was still adnormaly skinny. She took another bite of the fruit salad.

Yuki grinned. He secretly picked a piece of fruit out of his bowl, managing to get most of the whipped cream off, and flung it at Ember. It got her shoulder. He chuckled. "Gotcha," he said, smirking.

Ember almost jumped when something wet hit her shoulder. She looked down at the peice of fruit, the pulled it off and threw it back at Yuki, a small grin on her face. It hit him.
"Gotcha." She repeated him, now smirking herself.
