Yuki nodded and walked up the stairs.
Kyo, looking a bit irritated with Ayame being there, left the room a few minutes after Yuki went upstairs.
"Ember-chan, would you like to see some pictures of my dear little brother when he was a child?" Ayame asked with a flamboyant toss of his hair.
"I have some too," Shigure chuckled.

Ayame chuckled. "I got my hands on these a year or two ago," he pulled some pictures out of an unseen pocket and handed them to Ember. Yuki wasn't smiling in any of them, though it wasn't as if he didn't look happy in most of them. But, in a couple he looked upset. In one a four-year-old Yuki was staring at the camera with his big eyes, pupils dilating because of the flash. In another picture he was caught in the middle of a cough, so his mouth was covered. Then in another, there was a black haired 'boy,' a young Akito, smiling in a gentle way with Yuki. Most likely before Akito had 'snapped'.

She looked at the pictures. They were familar.
"I met him once." She finally said, her gray eyes a bit wide.

Ayame blinked, confused at first, then remembered when he'd been told Ember was a vampire. "Oh, you did? How old was he when you met him?"

"Five, I think." Ember said. "I met him at a school or something." Ember said, trying to remember.

Shigure smirked. "Oh, here's a very cute picture of Yuki," he pulled one out of his pocket. "I found it recently."
This one looked rather endearing. Yuki had his head tilted to the side, smiling just slightly.
Yuki, who took rather fast showers, walked back downstairs. His hair was still a bit damp.
"Whatcha looking at?" He asked Ember.

Yuki's cheeks went a little pink. "Really? Which ones?" Everyone has embarrassing pictures, and he was hoping Ember wasn't looking at any of his. He walked over to her to see.

"So, what was my darling brother doing when you first met him?" Ayame asked Ember.
"When I first met Ember I was walking through the park, just last summer, Nii-san..." Yuki said quietly. Why was he asking that?

She looked over at Yuki.
"Hm. I guess you don't remember. I didn't either untill I saw your picture. I actaully met you when you were younger.

Yuki wracked his brain until he found a memory he vaguely remembered.
"That was you?" He asked with a laugh.

"Well, I think you know why I didn't want to play with the other kids. One, I was an anti-social kid, and two, it was mostly girls, I believe," Yuki chuckled.

Yuki smirked. "For a vampire, you have a pretty bad memory," he teased.
Shigure and Ayame had sunk into their own conversation and weren't paying attention to Yuki and Ember any longer.
"And by the way, I was really glad when you talked to me. I was feeling pretty lonely."

She chuckled. "I guess it's one of my weak points." Ember said. "I felt bad for you, sitting all alone. Figured you could use someone to talk to." She said with a slight shrug.
