Shade slowly opened her eyes... the first thing she saw was Hatori sitting next to her. Shade jumped backwards as far as she could, her eyes open wide as she stared at him.
"Y-your back!" She said loudly.

Because of Shade's reaction, Tadao was jostled a bit and woke up as well. "Wha...? Oh. Hi, Nii-san," he murmered sleepily.
Hatori nodded to his brother, then looked at Shade. "Yes. Devon talked me into coming back sooner than I'd planned," he replied.

Shade still looked distrusting... but sighed and let go of those feeling.
"I've... forgiven you." She said to him, looking away from him.

Hatori sighed. He hadn't realized he was holding his breath. He felt relieved. "Thank you."

Shade now looked at Hatori. She smiled slightly and shrugged. "No problem... guess It's not your fault, anyways..."
Kira smiled when Shade said that.

Hatori smiled as well.
"I'm the one that calmed her down," Tadao said with a smirk. He took Shade's hand.
Hatori chuckled. After becoming a vampire, it wasn't as gravelly. A bit more smooth. But it still had that sort of low rumble in it that it always did.

Hatori smiled softly, thankfully, at his younger brother.
Tadao easily interpreted the smile into a thanks, and quietly replied, "No problem."
