"You know, I've never been to Italy," Hatori commented. "To be honest, the first time I was outside of Tokyo would be the first time I went hunting, not too long ago," he admitted. "Pretty sad, at twenty-eight, hmm?" He smirked a bit.

Devon let out a small laugh.
"Not too pathetic... I was twenty something before I ever left where I lived, when I was still human... and that's actually how I died..." Said Devon a bit thoughtfully.

"Akito asked the same thing..." Devon murmured, then continued. "I was stoned, then tossed off of a cliff. I surived both of those. So they nailed me to the bottome and pelted me with rocks." Devon said, opening the palms of his hands to show the large scars. Then he gingerly touched one of the scars on his face, even thought it didn't hurt anymore, he could still feel the pain from you.

"I was wondering what all those scars were from," Hatori murmered. "It's cruel, that they did that to you," he added. "You couldn't have deserved it."
He stopped running, looking around, smelling the air. He could have sworn he smelled something. Oh, there it was. This scent was new. Not as good as mountain lion, but better than deer. He didn't know it was a bear, of course.

"Eh... I kinda did deserve it... I attacked a preist." Devon admitted a bit sheepishly. Devon paused, too.
"Bear." He murmured.

"Attacking a preist doesn't deserve a punishment like that," Hatori said. He wondered what it would be like to attack a bear. Would it put up a fight?

"When I was alive, it did." Devon said with a slight shrug. "I'm not hungry right now... so you can just have the bear for yourself." Devon told Hatori.

Hatori nodded, leaving their conversation at that. "I'll be right back, then." He darted off. He'd already pinpointed where the bear was. Just keep going south... there it was. He stopped for a moment, well-hidden. Then he jumped at it.
It wasn't difficult at all. The bear fell to the ground as he made impact with it. When Hatori finished, he was again covered in blood. He hated how messy he was, and wiped away from his face what he could. He went back to Devon.

Devon was waiting patently. His hand sin his pockets.
"That was quick." He commented. "Alright... you might want to change before you go back." The light haired vampire said to Hatori.

Hatori nodded. "Of course. I was planning on that. Wouldn't want to go back to the house looking like I just committed a murder." Though there was no smile on his face, there was a slight joking tone to his voice.

"Certainly. Shade would react in some frightening way," Hatori replied. "Anyway, let's head back to the house, I'll change, and then I'll head to the Main House."

They reached the house after a few minutes. Hatori went in, changed, then left his room and went over to Devon. "Would you come with me? If I lose control again, somebody should be there to stop me," he said.

"Thanks," Hatori replied, relieved. He headed out the house with Devon, and was racing to the Main House. Shade was no doubt still mad at him. Would she be there? Woul Tadao be angry as well?
