"They aren't your family. Their mine." He growled, ripping his wrist out of Hatori's grip.
He felt threatened by Hatori. In his point of view, Hatori was taking his family away from him. Hatori was taking everything away from him.

Moshi was enraged. You could see it in his eyes.
Shade saw what Moshi was going to do.
"Hatori!" She yelled at the man. Moshi quickly raised the whip and struck Hatori.
Kira gasped as Moshi rose the whip up again, preparing to strike Hatori a second time.

Hatori drew in a pained gasp and held his arm, where he'd been struck. Hadn't Yuki had to deal with this often when he was a child...? Wow. That hurt. He flinched a bit as Moshi raised the whip to strike again, but reached up and took the other end of the whip in his hands.
"Moshi, don't," He said. "This will not help you with whatever you're trying to do. Do you think I'm stealing your family away from you?"

Moshi didn't answer. His eyes were wild and frantic, his breathing was heavy.
"You are." He snarled. "They're all that I have, and you're taking them away." He spat out.
Kira had rushed over to Hatori, she gripped his non-injured arm in fright. She looked up at her brother-in-law with her big green eyes.

"I'm not trying to take them from you. They are, in a way, more family to you than they are to me," Hatori said. "I understand they are all you have. Maybe you should cherish them, then."

Moshi had froze for a spilt second. What hatori had said had cause the rage to vanish from his eyes for a moment.
What he was doing...was it wrong?
Kira looked up at Hatori, then back at his arms. "Are you okay?" She asked Hatori in almost a whisper, the touched his arm gently.

Hatori nodded. "Kira, I'll be fine, don't worry," he smiled at her, but it was a bit forced. His arm... it hurt really bad. He'd have a bruise there for a while.
He looked back up at Moshi. Yes, Moshi was much like Akito... He wondered whether it would be easier or harder to calm him down than the young head of the Sohma family.
It seemed Moshi had momentarily calmed down. Hatori still held the other end of the whip, tightly. He couldn't be hit by it. Right now it seemed it might be just a bit easier to calm this man down than Akito...

Rage fired back up into Moshi's eyes. Hatori might of had a hold on the whip, but Moshi still had his fist...
He balled it up and sent a punch at Hatori, aiming for his nose

Hatori managed to duck, letting go of the whip in the process.
((lol. Wouldn't it be funny if Kira got so frightened that she hugged Ha'ri? lol Then POOF Seahorse on the ground. Moshi would be awfully confuzled...))

Moshi lashed out with the whip again, intending to Ht Hatori, but Kira pulled Hatori quickly in her direction, the whip missing him. As Kira pulled him closer, she wrapped her arms around Hatori before notcing what she was doing.

A seahorse lay on the ground, on top of a pile of clothes Hatori had just been wearing. He wondered why he was able to breathe air when he turned into a seahorse...

Kira rolled over to prevent from squish Hatori, for that would not be good.
"Hatori! Hatori, I'm sorry!" Kira said to the seahorse.
Shade bit her lip anxiously.
"It's a seahorse!" Ryuu exlaimed.
"Nah, ya think?" Shade said sarcasticly with a roll of her eyes.
"But...he wasn't a seahorse a minute ago!" Ryuu said. Shade looked at her brother like he couldn't get any dumber.
Moshi was startled. He had no idea what to say.

The seahorse just sighed, but didn't say anything other than that. It might take a few minutes for him to change back.

Hatori thought about explaining, until he had the feeling he was going to change.
"Ah... Kira... will you take me to--" He began, but cut himself off as he changed back, fully naked. He blushed despite himself, quickly pulling some clothes on top of him before the girls could see anything.

Shade also blushed and looked down at her feet, away from Hatori.

Hatori quickly pulled his clothes on. In a matter of about a minute or two he was decent again.
"I'm guessing you're expecting an explanation..." He mumbled.
