She didn't say anything. She leaned her head against the wall, her eyes still shut.
"I can't help but feel that..." She said softly. "I might of been married to him...but I couldn't never tell what he wanted. And he never told me what he wanted. I'm afriad that I am making the wrong choices. That's he'd be upset with me..." She stopped talking, thinking that she was rambling. She netly squezed on of his hands, as if to make sure that he was still there.

Kira looked at Hatori. In her eyes, you could tell that she trusted him.
Shade watched from where she leaned against on the door frame. She was jealous. Very jealous. She wasn't able to make her mother happy...but Hatori, was able too. Shade felt somewhat bitter towards Hatori for a little bit, but then let go of the feelings, telling herself in her mind that she was being selfish.

Kira leaned her head against Hatori's chest. She wanted to get as close as she could get to him without hugging.
The front door opened. Ryuu looked in. His multicolored eyes scanned everything, and then he took his first step inside the house. The warm air was a relief, it was really cold outside.
Kira's bedroom door was slightly opened, but the light was turned off. He stopped a few feet infront of the door, silently debating if he should go in or not.

Hatori smiled. The feeling of Kira leaning against him was nice.
"Are you feeling a bit better?" He murmered to her.

She let out a soft sigh and nodded.
"I am." She told him.
Ryuu from outside, heard the voices. He opened the door.
His expression was the strangest. It was a mix of confusion, happiness, anger, and more confusion.
"....wow." Was all that he had managed to choke out.
Kira looked up, she was still leaning a bit on Hatori.
"...Ryuu!" She said, a bit too loudly in her excitment.
Ryuu let out a half hearted smile. Kira leapt up, now on the verge of tears out of happiness.
"Ah! Mom! Don't cry! I'll come back later!" Ryuu freaked out. The same doctor that had pulled glass out of his back and banaged him up...
Strange.

Hatori stood up, leaning against the wall as he watched.
He wondered how Ryuu felt about Kira and himself...

Kira had thrown her arms around her son.
Ryuu uncertainly hugged his mother back.
Ryuu looked at Hatori uncertainly.
He never trusted the man. Probably never would.
"I never really trusted you. Now I see why." Ryuu said. He had heard his mother sobbing eariler...had Hatori been that reason.
"...Ryuu?" Kira looked up at her son.

Hatori's brow furrowed. Ryuu was either upset about the fact that Kira and he were in love, or he thought that he'd made Kira cry.
He didn't say anything though.

Kira pulled away from her son and looked at him quizically.
"What are you talking about, Ryuu?" She asked him.
He glared at Hatori, then looked down at his mother. "You know what I'm talking about." He growled out.

Ryuu, after he had to go into 'hiding' had learned quickly not to trust anyone.
"I don't beileve you. You're liying." Ryuu spat out.
"Ryuu...he's telling the truth." Kira said gently, trying to get her angry son to calm down.
"He could of forced you to say that! He's hurting you, isn't he!?" Questioned Ryuu

Hatori sighed. "Ryuu, I would never hurt your mother," He said quietly. He glanced at Shade desperately. Maybe she could calm her brother?

Shade was leaning against the door frame.
"Ryuu, chill, okay? I know Hatori. He's never hurt mom." Shade said.
Ryuu let out an agitiated sigh. "Still, you have no proof-" Ryuu was cut off by Shade.
"I do have proof. My proof is that Hatori is a good man, who's saved my life several times." Shade growled out to her brother.
Ryuu paused. He seemed to be considering the fact that Hatori had not hurt his mother.

Hatori merely waited to see if Ryuu would accept what Shade had said. But he nodded when Shade was talking, to confirm this a bit.
