"So, what do you want?" Shigure asked.
The tone Shigure used was infuriating Akito by the minute. He shouldn't be talking to Devon like that! He'd talked to her like that almost every time he visited her too, verbally harrassing her and making her cry after he'd left.
Her fists clenched.

"Is that all you wanted to say to me? You know, I've heard worse," Shigure said with a dark chuckle.
Akito grabbed onto Devon's hand, but in a way that nobody else could see, so she could keep herself from strangling Shigure.

He shrugged. "I'm sure you have. You don't sound like a man alot of people like." He said with a smirk. "I've noticed you've been spending alot of times with those dogs lately. Did she tell you how she likes to intude onto Sohma land. What was her name again? I think it was Crystal..." He said. "Akito's made it clear that she isn't welcome. You know what's going to happen when Crystals does that stupid stunt again..." He said. In his eyes, you could tel that he seriously wanted to strangle the curly haired werewolf.

"Don't you touch her," Shigure said.
"Oh, and why does Akito still like you, anyway? It seems you've hurt her," He was speaking quietly, so only those two standing in front of him could hear.
Akito's fists clenched. "There's this thing called forgiveness, something you've probably never experienced," She said angrily.

Devon clenched his fist ad looked away for a moment, closing his eyes.
"It was an accident." He growled out.

Shigure smirked a bit. "Oops," He said with a light laugh, though he was still glaring.
Akito squeezed Devon's hand tighter, still fighting the urge to kill the mutt.

Devon had half a mind to really hit Shigure and break his jaw so he couldn't talk. He also rolled his eyes.
"You're a waste of time, good bye, Shigure." Devon turned around.
((Would Shigure be on to say something to insult Devon while he was walking away? XD))

Devon froze. He whirled around to Face Shigure now, His golden eyes blazing.
"I'm not a monster!" He yelled at Shigure, Very angry now. He hated that word. Monster...

Akito squeezed his hand again, this time trying to calm Devon down. As much as she hated Shigure, she didn't want him dead.

"Devon... you can leave if you want, but the actual banquet's about to start. Shigure won't be able to sit near us then, if you stay," Akito murmered. Indeed, Kyo and other people cursed with the cat were beginning to leave.
