"Oh, there isn't a problem!" She smiled. "Kureno-san was just worried about me, that's all." And, as if to confirm Kureno's worries, she coughed.

"Well, why don't you lie down, Sato-san... I should check your temperature. You look ill," Hatori said, digging through his doctor's bag.

Kira didn't argue, allthough she felt fine.
She sat back down on the couch, she brushed some of her midnight black hair away from her face and tucked her hair behind her ear.
She watched Hatori with her sprakling emerald eyes.
Hatori-san is quite handsome... thought Kira, then blushed, for she was ashamed of her thoughts. Her cheeks though quickly returned to their normal color.
"You know, You don't have to call me Sato-san...you can just call me Kira." She said.

"All right then, Kira," Hatori said. He pulled the thermometer out of his bag. He went over to kneel next to the couch where Kira laid.
"Okay, open up," He said.

She opened her mouth, she was not a stranger to these routines. She was at a doctor's office alot.

Hatori put the thermometer in Kira's mouth. After she closed her mouth, he waited for it to beep. He pulled it out of her mouth when it beeped.
"Kira, you have a fever of 102," He said. "Maybe you should get some rest?"

"I feel perfectly fine, Hatori-san." She smiled at him. It was her dazzleing smile.
"But, if you think I should lay down, I will." She told him laying down on the couch. Her bright emeralds eyes were still sparkling.

"Good. You know, you're much more cooperative than the patient I usually take care of," Hatori said with a small smirk.
Kureno's phone rang. He answered.
"Kureno! Where are you?!" Akito demanded angrily, loud enough that the others could hear. Kureno winced slightly, holding the phone away from him for a moment. Then he put it back to his ear.
"I'm sorry, Akito-san. I'll be at the Main House in a few moments."
"Good." You could still Akito's voice, even if you weren't the one holding the phone. 'He' had a rather loud voice.
Kureno shut the phone, grimacing a bit. "Ah... I'll be going now. It was very nice to get to see you again, Kira-san," He said, bowing slightly. "I hope I get to see you again soon."

Kureno smiled and walked out.
"Kira, do you know where Shade is?" Hatori asked worriedly, as he started pulling a medicine bottle out of his bag.

She sighed and put her hand to her head.
"I'm afraid....I don't. But I'm not worried. She can take care of herself...she'll be fine..." Kira said, though you could tell that she was somewhat worried, she was just trying to be strong, again.

"Your daughter... she takes after you a lot," Hatori said to Kira. Shade also tried to be strong. And they looked alike too. He smiled slightly. "You know, I miss her. I had her around my office almost every day. Now, since she's not around, it just feels too empty in there."

Hatori smirked a bit. "Father figure, hm? I didn't think she saw me like that. She's a great kid though, you must have raised her well," He said to Kira. He had the medicine in his hand, but he'd basically forgotten all about it, talking to Kira.

"Of course you did," Hatori promised her. "I just hope she comes back alright. My brother, Tadao, has been stressing about it since the moment he realized she'd left," He said.

She smiled, then, accidently changing the subject she asked, "Do you think...I could have my medicien now?" She asked, smiling at Hatori.

Hatori blinked, looking surprised. "Sure. I need to warn you, it won't taste good if you don't like the taste of black licorice," He said, pouring it into a medicine cup and handing it to her.

"Oh, it's fine, I'm used to the taste of medicine by now." She said, taking the medicine. She drank it quickly, a funny look on her face. Even though she was used to the taste, that didn't mean that she still didn't like it.
