"Hehe! You're like Yuki-kun, Aidan-chan!" Tohru laughed. "He's not a morning person either."
At that moment, you could hear somebody stumbling clumsily down the stairs. A boy walked through the living room. He had gray/purple hair. His eyes were closed.
"Yuki-kun!" Tohru said.
Yuki mumbled something unintelligable. Most likely a hello or good morning.
Nadia couldn't help but giggle.

Aidan wondered who Yuki was before the boy stumbled down the stairs. She guessed that that must be Yuki and Shigure's cousin. Aidan pushed some hair out of her face only to have some more fall in the same place."You have a hair brush I can use?" Aidan asked in a slightly mumbling tone. Not as bad as Yuki in the morning. But maybe falling off the couch woke her up a bit.

Tohru nodded. "Here, I'll take you to my room!" She said.
Kyo walked down the stairs next. The tan boy with bright orange hair walked through the room.
"D**n Yuki tired, as usual," He muttered.
"Kyo-kun..." Tohru said quietly.
"What?" He asked.
"Ummm..." She glanced over at the twins. Kyo looked in the direction too.
"Who the he** are they?" He asked.
Nadia stiffened a bit.
"Shigure-san said he saw them last night, wandering the streets."
"Okay, whatever." Kyo replied, losing interest.
"Kyo-kun, I'm sorry, but would you watch the pancakes? I need to take them up to my room real quick," Tohru asked.
"Sure," Kyo shrugged and walked over to the grill in the kitchen.
Tohru smiled at the twins and led them upstairs.

Aidan glanced down at this Kyo-kun's tone. It was quite harsh. She stood up, more so stumbled up, and followed Tohru."C'mon Nadia." Aidan said turning to look at her sister. She had noticed Nadia stiffen at the boys words. But the other people seemed friendly. She hadn't exactly expected such a harsh person but the others seemed nice enough. Can't all be perfect.

Nadia nodded and followed Aidan. She didn't like it when people cursed.
"Don't worry about Kyo-kun," Tohru said happily as she walked up the stairs with the girl. "Sometimes he has rather bad language, but he's nice. Don't get frightened when he and Yuki-kun fight, either. They do it often," She told them.
Nadia nodded. "Okay."

"Er... Okay." Aidan nodded. She was still a bit sleepy but awake enough. She glanced at Nadia. Aidan was usually the shy one but Nadia seemed to have switched personalities with Aidan today. Aidan just didn't want to leave questions unanswered. Like the night before. So she would probably go back to normal as soon as her and Nadia found a place to stay for longer then a day or night.

They walked into Tohru's room. She handed Aidan a brush. "Want me to brush your hair for you? Or do you want to brush your hair yourself?" She asked, smiling.
You could hear Kyo yelling at Yuki downstairs, then quiet remarks, probably from Yuki, and then a crash.
Nadia jumped.
Tohru laughed nervously. "Ah... they're at it again. I hope the pancakes aren't burnt."

Aidan looked worriedly out the door. She wondered who had made the crash and what had been broken."Will anyone get hurt by that?" She asked."Oh and I can brush my own hair..." She said trailing off into a quiet yawn.

"Kyo-kun isn't hurt easily, luckily." Tohru said, though she still sounded worried.
"So... is it only Kyo who is beat? What about Yuki?" Nadia asked, curious.
"They are both blackbelts in martial arts, but Kyo-kun has never beat Yuki-kun before," Tohru explained.
"Oh," Nadia said.

"Kyo-kun is determined to beat Yuki-kun," Tohru explained. She couldn't say anything more than that...

Aidan shrugged. Boys were like that... Weren't they?"Here... Thank you Tohru." Aidan said handing the brush back to Tohru.

Tohru smiled and looked to Nadia. "Do you want to brush your hair?"
"No thanks, I'll do it later." Nadia replied.
Tohru nodded, still smiling, and set the brush back on her desk.
"Eh, Tohru, there's something burning..."
"AAAH! The pancakes!" Tohru rushed downstairs.
Nadia giggled a bit. "You've gotta admit, she's pretty funny..." She said, walking out of the room.

Nadia walked downstairs with her twin. She saw a plat of pancakes on the table when they reached the dining room. She glanced into the kitchen and saw Tohru working on the last of the pancakes, probably planning on throwing them out.
Kyo stormed back inside, grumbling 'gonna kill him, gonna kill him, gonna kill him' under his breath.
"Hey, sorry about the burnt pancakes Tohru. But prettyboy and I got into a fight--"
"You mean you were being stupid and letting the pancakes getting overcooked anyway. I was trying to correct you."
"You don't know how to cook, so shut up!" Kyo snapped.
Yuki just sighed and rolled his eyes, unwilling to admit that Kyo was right.
"Anyway, we got into another fight again so I couldn't watch the pancakes."
"It's okay, Kyo-kun, I understand!" Tohru said cheerily. "Why don't you all go to the table? I'll wake Shigure-san!"
(I gots a plan. lol)
Tohru turned, only to run into Shigure. Which was bad, because in a way she sort of embraced him as she ran into him. Poof. A black dog sat in front of Tohru.
"Oops," Tohru murmered under her breath.
"He turned into a dog!" Nadia said.
Kyo and Yuki just watched, looking just a bit scared and annoyed as well.

"B... But how?" Aidan said surprised. She looked at Tohru then back at the dog. Aidan turned to her sister who also looked surprised. This was very confusing. It was like a shape-shifter from a fantasy book... But Tohru had ran into him before he changes. Aidan was still confused."I-If... Your his cousin does that mean you'll change too?" She asked Yuki and Kyo who were looking annoyed.

Kyo was now yelling at Shigure, oblivious of the girls.
Yuki sighed. "People just keep finding out, don't they? Our family's cursed and we turn into zodiac animals. That includes the cat. I'll leave it at that. You can NOT tell anyone though, understand?" He told them calmly.
Nadia nodded. "Are you and him the rat and the cat?" She asked.
"Hm, you're clever," He said to them. He turned to Kyo. "Baka neko! Calm down. They know. What's the big deal. Nobody's gonna tell Akito. Plenty of people know already, and not even to his knowledge," Yuki rolled his eyes.
You could almost imagine Kyo as a bristling cat, considering his hair was rising slightly.

"Hm... I can almost see the ears and tail." Aidan said calmly. Close to how Hanajima would probably say it."I'm going to guess Akito must be similar to the god in the story..." Aidan said trailing off at the end.

"Wow, really smart, especially for a little kid..." Kyo asked, eying the girls curiously.
Nadia shrugged. "Kinda easy to tell. In the story, the rat and the cat disliked eachother. Seems like that rat usually won. And it seems like you worry about what 'Akito' will think. Must be 'god'."

"Hm... Now that I think about it Shigure matches the dogs personality quite well also." Aidan commented. She looked over at Kyo."As Nadia said it's not to hard..." Aidan said quietly. Aidan glanced down for a moment."We won't tell anyone of course." She said looking back up.
