Akito stayed quiet while the two talked. Just watched and listened. She was in a better mood today. She could put up with the talkative Japanese/German boy for a while right now...

Devon ventured a guess. If Ember, Edward, or Alice would have been here, he would of asked him. Alice would know before hand, Ember, who sensed this sort of thing, would know, and Edward would just read his mind.
