Tohru sat in her room, staring out of the window, wondering about the dissapearnce of Shade, one of her and Kyo's friends. She had saw her at a store, but she had not told anybody. She thought about telling Kyo, but she didn't know if he would be mad at her or not.
Tohru wanted to find Shade. She missed the girl who was a mangnet for trouble. She was sure Hatori and Tadao missed her. And maybe Kyo, he hasn't said much about it.
Tohru continued to work on her math homewrok. She finsihed quickly, then walked quietly down the halls.
She knocked on Kyo's door.
She had that scary, detrimined look on her face again. The look that she had when she had set her mind to do something.
She was going to look for Shade.

Kyo opened his bedroom door. "Hey Tohru..." He trailed off when he saw that determined look on Tohru's face. "Oh man... what are you going to do, Tohru-kun...." He asked, worried for her. If she got hurt doing whatever she was going to do. He wouldn't be happy...

"We need to find Shade! She could be in trouble!" She said. Then her face got appologetic.
"I saw her the other day, in a store with a younger girl...she seemed in a hurry to get out of there, sorry I didn't tell you." She said, looked ashamed of herself for keeping a secret.

Kyo smiled slightly at Tohru. "It's okay. And... fine. I'll help you find her. With your luck, if I let you go alone you'll get yourself hurt or run into a freak," He joked.

She walked down the stairs with Kyo, she grabbed her brown coat with white fur on the inside and on the hood that was hanging on a peg next to the door.
She stepped outside. A snowflake drifted down and landed on her nose.
She hopped Shade wasn't alone in this weather, without shelter...

((It snowed yesterday and today!! ^^))
Kyo slipped on his dark brown leather coat and followed Tohru. "You've got snow in your hair," He said with a smirk. "So, where are we looking first?"

((cool! We have a snow warning for all of next week!)
She had to admit, she hadn't thought this far.
"I guess we could look in and around the store I saw her in last." She said.
A gust of wind blew a flurry of snow from behind them. Tohru's hair flew around in the wind for a moment, she oulled her hood closer to her face and then wipped some of her light brown hair away from face.
Then wind stopped as soon as it came, the snow didn't fly around their faces now.
Tohru looked up at Kyo, her nose and cheeks were pink already from the cold, it actually made her look adorable, with her pink nose and cheeks, and her hair a little bit messy, and the snow falling gently around her like angel's kisses.
"Where do you think she would go?" She asked, brushing her hair away from her eyes and face again, a soft smile was etched on her cherubic face.

Kyo was about to yell at Tohru, for not thinking this through. But he let it go. It was so... cute... how she looked right now. "Uhh, well... we can check that store first, then walk around town a bit, see if we can find her, and then... if we can't," He paused for a moment, to think of where to look. "Let's look for her in the Runaway Shelter."
Kyo's cheeks were starting to redden a bit, practically matching his eyes and hair, because of the cold. He pulled up his own hood. "Hey, Tohru, you have snow all over you," he chuckled.

She laughed.
"You have snow all over you, too!" She said, grinning.
"Okay, I'll show you were the store is, you might what to stay outside...it was abeauty store and you might feel odd in there..." She said. "But, if you want to go in, you can! I just don't want to make you uncomfortable!" She grinned wider.
"And checking at the Runaway Shelter is a good idea." She said.
"I hope we find her. I'm worried about her...are you?" She asked, her eyes most certainly expressed that worry.

Kyo smiled at Tohru. "Yeah, I'm worried about her too," He agreed, nodding. "Mm, yeah, I won't be going in there. Sorry," He smirked. "Now let's go, come on," He said, wiping some of her hair out of her eyes.

Tohru blushed when Kyo brushed some of her hair out of her eyes.
She snapped out of her daze.
"Oh! Yeah! Okay!" She followed after Kyo, trudgeing with some difficultly through the deep snow.
"AHWAYA!" She yelled something that couldn't be understood as she accidently stepped in hole and face-planted the snow on the ground.
The clumsy girl got up and blushed, she wipped snow off of her face and her cheeks continued to get redder.
"Sorry..." She said bashfully.

Kyo had jumped when Tohru made the noise, and his cat-like eyes were still a bit wide. "Could you not scare my like that? You made me think somebody attacked you or something!" He said. But he couldn't help but let a few chuckles escape as he spoke.b

'Ah! I'm sorry Kyo! I didn't mean to scare you!" She appoligized over and over again, just because Tohru was like that.
She then laughed a little bit at herself, because Kyo was chuckling.

Tohru nodded an quickly entered the store. The warm air on her skin felt nice. But also at the same time, kinda prickly.
She looked around for a while. No Shade. She felt dissapointed.
"I can't expect to see her as soon as I walk in somewhere! I'll have to long more places! she told herself.
She steped outside. the door shut with a WHOOSH. And Tohru quickly rubbed her arms to warm up.
