Kaiser sighed. "I can't force you to do anything, but this is the way things are and you can't change them." He said, getting the sound of dominiance in his voice, something that came with his family heritage.

"No, you can't, Akito because no matter what, the rest of the Sohma's will veiw us as a married couple." Kaiser said to her.
The door opened.
"Heyy, Akkii!" Came a cheerful call. A girl with long brown hair came in, looking happy.
He look melted off of her face as soon as she saw him.
Him.
She let out a low growl, sounding like an upset cat.
"Kasier." She hissed out between clenched teeth.
"Rhea." He said plesently.
Devon came in behind her.
"What's wrong Ray...." He trailed off and asked Akito a question instead. "Who's this?"

Akito wanted to ask Rhea what was wrong, but decided that the girl would answer her brother. So she decided to answer Devon's question. "Him? Oh, this is Kaiser. He's just the man I'm engaged to," Akito replied in a bitter, angered voice, looking over at the man she had only just met to glare at him. "I only learned of it just now. Apparently this had been set up in case I ever decided to tell the family about my little secret." At this, Akito's gaze landed on Rhea as if this was the appearingly young vampire's fault. She regretted taking the advice that Devon's sister and Alice had given her. They had been very, very wrong. This wasn't turning out well at all.

Rhea had a hurt expression her face. Devon just blinked.
"What?" He asked, his eyebrows lifted. He looked back at Rhea. "HOw do you know him?" He asked.
Rhea let out a harsh laugh and glared at Kaiser "How do I know him? He's the one who killed me!" She snarled.

"Wait... he's..." Akito trailed off, eyes widened. She whirled back to Kaiser.
"I want you out of my house!" She snapped. "I don't ever want to see you! Never! GET OUT!"
It wasn't as if Akito disliked Rhea, though she acted as if she did in the past. But that's just how she was with people she wasn't too close to. She did care about the girl, in truth.

"I knew her when she was human." Kaiser said with a shrug. "You looked cuter with the freckles." He commented to her with a smirk.
Rhea was furious. Her fists were clenched and her eyes were narrowed, her face set in a deep glare. If looks could kill, anybody in a ten-mile radius would have been dead five minutes ago.

Kaiser smirked again. "That's where you are wrong. The curse actually originated in Ancient Greece. I'm one of the very first Sohma's." He said to her.
"Liar!" Exclaimed Rhea.
He chuckled. "I was even cursed myself." He told Rhea.
"Okay, now I know your stretching it because I hugged you once as a human." Rhea told him.
"That's because I wasn't cursed with a zodiac. I was cursed with god."

Akito looked absolutely shocked. Really, she'd never known there was one cursed with the god before herself.
"I don't believe you," Akito responded. "You're lying. There wasn't a god before me."

"I know that I'm the first female one," Akito replied. "But I haven't been able to act like I'm female. I still don't believe what you say. Maybe I'll believe if you describe how it felt, being god?" She still probably wouldn't believe him after that, but she'd listen.

Kaiser sighed, but told Akito.
"It felt like all of the other Zodiac were ripping you apart, their bonds where always pulling on you. I was always sick, and they always caused me pain. Especially when they would pull away from me and fall in love. Of course, I would not allow it." He said. "But they still tried, and it hurt me."

Akito sighed. Maybe he was telling the truth, but he could have just listened to her describe it from far away, since he was a vampire and according to the maids, resided in the Main House.
Well, there were several people of which she did not know about.
There was the possibility that the man was telling the truth. But that didn't mean that she thought any better of him.
"I know of one pain you didn't have to suffer through." Curses breaking.
((That would be true there. The curse is weakening now, since it's been around so long. The bonds would have been perfectly strong back then. By the way, you described it fairly well.))

Kaiser nodded. "That would be painful." He said. "It must feel like being burned alive." He said, sending Rhea a sly look, saying that because he didn't know that Akito and Devon knew what happened to her, and what he had done.
Rhea hissed, and felt like crying.
