"Mm-hm, we'll have to tell Shade," Hatori said. He leaned in a bit closer, then regretted it when he breathed in her scent. He stayed though. He kissed her cheek again.
((She'll kiss his lips, and then Ha'ri will lose control in the next post. How's that sound? Oh, then Shade could walk in and get his attention.))

Kira leaned in slightly and kissed Hatori on the lips. He was cold, and hard, but she didn't care. He was still Hatori.

Hatori inhaled deeply through his nose as she kissed him. That was a mistake. So good. He set his hands on her shoulders, not exactly gripping too hard. His lips trailed from hers, slowly down to her neck. Instincts had taken over, and he bit into her flesh like hot butter. Her delectable, warm blood flowed into his mouth.

Kira gasped loudly and let out a soft scream when Hatori bit into her. Her eyes were wide and she struggled against him, but he was too strong. She tried to push the vampire off of her, but that was really no use so she didn't understand why she bothered to struggle when all attempts were futile. She balled up her fist and hit him in the chest, trying to get his attention, but all that accomplished was bruising her hand.
The door quitely slid open, Kira was getting weaker from loss of blood and fighting against a vampire.
Shade looked inside the room.
"Hi M-" She paused for a second. "Get away from my mother!" Shade suddenly yelled at Hatori, running over to him and trying to rip him away, which wasn't very smart on her behalf. "You bit her! You bit her!" Shade yelled at him.

Shade had managed to get his attention, and with effort he pulled away from Kira. Well, more than pulled. He threw himself backward, basically, so he was against the wall farthest from his wife. Some of her blood trickled down his chin. Putting his hand to his mouth, he felt the hot, sticky fluid, and pulled his hand away from his face, staring at the blood for a moment, then staring at Kira in horror. He was so angry at himself, for doing this to her. He didn't know what to say, or do though. His nose was filled with her scent, as he watched the blood continue to come out of the bite. At least it wasn't coming out too quickly, and not much was coming out at a time. It would slow soon. But he had to stop his breathing, and squeeze his eyes shut, and plug his nose to stop himself from biting her again. After he'd gotten himself under control again, he unplugged his nose and opened his eyes, still looking horrified, and stared from Shade to Kira. Then Shade again, and Kira again.

Kira lifted her hand to her bite wound, some of the blood trickling through her fingers, she pressed down on the wound, although it stung. She was trying to get the bleeding to stop.
Shade stared at Hatori with a mixture of anger and horror.
"Look what you did to her! My mother!" Shade yelled again at Hatori, pointing at finger at Kira. "You were going to kill her!"
Kira looked up at her daughter, she was breathing a bit heavily, but the bleeding had slowed down a bit more.
"Shade... please stop... it was an accident." Kira said.
"He was going to kill you, Mom! He needs to learn to control himself!" Shade said.
"I said stop it, Shade." Kira said sternly to her daughter, glaring slightly to get her to stop yelling. Shade was silent, for now.

Hatori held his head in his hands, rubbing his temples as if he had a headache. Of course, he didn't. But it helped the stress.
"I'm sorry," he said to them, his voice muffled. "I'll leave. Next time I come back, I'll bring Carlisle or Devon with me," he muttered. Despite the fact he sounded almost bitter, the apology was clear in his voice. He hadn't wanted to do that. He hated that he was a vampire.

Kira didn't want Hatori to leave, but she allowed him too.
"It wasn't your fault..." She said to him meekly.
"I'll call Tadao." Shade muttered, going towards the phone. "He'll get that stiched up or put anibiotics on it or whatever needs to be done to that bite." She said.

"It was, Kira. I need to learn to control myself better, though..." Hatori said. "Bye. Be back... sometime," he mumbled, leaving the room, and then leaving the Main House.

Kira sighed then leaned against the couch, her hand still on her neck.
Shade quickly called Tadao, once she was done speaking with him, she hung up.

Tadao was there soon. He didn't bother knocking, just came in.
"D'ya know if the bleeding's stopped yet?" He questioned Shade. He gave her a quick kiss on the forehead, and then headed over to Kira. He had a bag identical to Hatori's in his hand. Even though it had happened a while ago, it was still irritating that his right eye's vision was pretty blurred from when he, like his brother had, gotten hit with a vase.

Tadao nodded. He found it difficult to believe Hatori had created the bite. Blood was around the bite on Kira's neck, dried there. There was some silverish stuff everywhere around the bite. What was that?
He didn't say anything and got a wipe out of the bag, and started cleaning up the bite.
"Really? Nii-san did this?" Tadao asked Shade as he cleaned up.

"Yeah." Shade said a bit bitterly.
"It wasn't his fault." Kira told her daughter.
"Really? Did you force him to bite you, then?" Shade asked a bit sarcasticly. Kira gave Shade a chiding look.

"I'm sure he didn't choose to do it. He probably can't control himself very well," Tadao defended his brother. He didn't know much about vampires, but that's what he figured.

"You'll forgive him, right?" Tadao asked, finishing with cleaning up the wound. He put some antibacterial ointment on the bite, just to be safe. He searched through the bag for a bandage.

"Shade..." Kira said, almost looking at her daughter in a pleading way, but it was more of a scold then anything.

Tadao put the bandage on Kira's neck, over the bite mark. "It should be healed pretty quickly," he promised, then turned to Shade. "Really, Shade. He's your stepdad."
