[Platinum]

Kira was Hatori's house, putting away dishes with him. It was a comfortable silence. Kira was even smiling softly as she worked.

She reached up to put a plate away, her shirt coming up a bit too. A little above her hip, something colorfull. Blue, red and black. She put the plate away, then they were done. They then went to go sit on the couch, not doing much, just sitting... looking at each other in the comfortable silence.

After about thirty minutes of sitting in silence, Kira stood up because he legs had fallened asleep. Now you could see more of the marking. A tattoo of some soft. In the shape of a seahorse. It was old and faded.

She pulled her shirt down a bit.
"Is there something wrong, Hatori? You haven't hardly spoken the whole time I've been here." She said.

Hatori smiled. "Everything's fine. I've just been... thinking," he murmered. He glanced at the place where he'd seen the tattoo for a millisecond. She wouldn't notice.
"Kira, what is that, just above your hip? It's blue, red, and black... is it a tattoo?" He asked.

Hey, he was a doctor, and he was also curious..

Her face turned a bit blank.
"It's a tattoo." She told him, her face still black.

She screamed as the man pressed the needle to her skin. She had never imagined that getting a tattoo would be this painful. It was like a cat, digging it's claws in you over and over again.
"If you'd stop struggling it would hurt as much!" The man hissed. She forced the memory out of her mind.

[Akkii]

"Not to intrude..." Hatori murmered to her quietly. "...but when did you get it? It's a seahorse... I think... Am I right...? You didn't get it recently, did you?"

[Platinum]

Her brow furrowed a bit.
"I... I got it when I was eleven.. on Halloween." She was studdering a bit.
"Do you remember me?" He asked, circling the scared girl, swinging the bat back and forth. "Do you remember what I did to your sister? Once again, she had to force the memory out of her head. She buried her head into her hands. She had almost forgotten that night.
"It's such a terrible memory... I never felt so alone in my life." She murmured.
"I always mark my victims."
"You're all alone."
"Nobody will hear you scream."

[Akkii]

"I won't ask what happened then. You obviously got it by force," Hatori said. He kissed her cheek. He wanted to embrace her, but he knew neither of them wanted for him to turn into a seahorse.
But he'd always wondered why Kira was so young, and had a fifteen-year-old daughter. But things seemed to... click into place. He had a good idea of what might have happened.

She smiled softly at Hatori's gentle kiss.
"It's alright... if you want to know. I won't be offended." She said softly to him. She looked away form him though. Shade used to ask her all the time why she didn't look like Lee. One day, when Shade was old enough to handle it, she told her.

[Akkii]

"No, it's painfull for you. I won't ask you," Hatori suggested. "I think I know what happened though. But it's a mere guess."

[Platinum]

She nodded, still a bit shaken up though.
"You're probably right about it anyways." She said to him. Her voice was barely over a murmur.

[Akkii]

Hatori nodded. He took her hand and squeezed it gently. "Let's not worry about it any longer," he said. He kissed her again, this time a peck on the lips.

[Platinum]

She nodded with a slight smile. She had sat down next to Hatori again.
"I'm sorry to dump my troubles onto you." She told him.

[Akkii]

"Not a problem," Hatori consoled. "I'm the one who asked, after all. Feel free to tell me about it sometime, if you need to." He placed his hand on her back and rubbed a bit, to comfort her a bit.

She smiled up at him, then gave him a small peck on the lips.
"I've always been afraid to talk about it if you want to know the truth. But I was afraid of talking about anything untill I met you." She told him. She wasn't afraid of sounding weak in front of Hatori. She was probably the only person she confided in.

[Akkii]

"Well, talk about it if you want. If you don't, then don't talk about it, okay?" Hatori said to Kira quietly.

((Sohma men are better at understanding feelings than most are. XD))

She couldn't help but smile at him. She gave him a soft kiss on the cheek.
"You know, Hatori... you are perfect in every single way." She told him with a slight smile.

((You know, they're far enough into their elationship to be kidding normaly now, but they still don't XD I guess they're fraid Shade will barge in on them XD lol.))

[Akkii]

((What? To be kidding normally? Whaaa? *confuzled*))

Hatori chuckled. "I wouldn't say that." He kissed her back. It was fast. He'd never been one for the long kisses that he'd almost walked in to find Akito and Shigure or Akito and Kureno or Akito and Devon doing.

((XD Sorry, had to throw that in. Aki's always loved long, make-out kisses. XDDDDDDD I could see her doing one with Shigure... as a kid, too. *chuckle*))

"Of course you are." She told him with a slight smile.

"Naah," Hatori disagreed, shaking his head. He smirked at Kira and ran his fingers through her black hair.

She blushed a bit when Hatori played with her hair.
"Well I think that your amazing." She said to him, the soft smile still on her light-olive face.

"Thanks. But maybe I'm only amazing, as you say I am, because you are amazing and I am with you," Hatori said, continuing to smile at her.
