"Oh... Well he has a job. Why can't he get an apartment?" Lawliet asked. He needed to know some more. Although if Kira didn't want him to go to jail Lawliet was at least going to get him out of the house.

"Ah...Okay." Lawliet said slightly confused... Which was rare. He put the back of his thumb to the top of his upper lip. He was thinking about what to do."Well. We should he to the apartment and get the key." He said. Lawliet glanced at the chain and picked it up examining it. "I suppose if the key isn't there I believe there is a weak link here." He said simply.

Lawliet stood up and glanced at Abbi. "Come on. We got to go now." He said to the girl. He glanced back at Kira. "You ready?" Lawliet asked in his quiet monotone voice.

Lawliet lifted the chained wrist up and shook it slightly. "That's the last time I carry my hand-cuffs with me." He said calmly. Lawliet started toward the door figuring the other two would follow.

Kira walked behind L.
"Probably at her friends house now..." She said, walking quickly behind L, having to keep up a fast past because Lawliet's legs were longer then hers, thus he could take longer strides.

Once outside Lawliet glanced around. "Hm... The house is this way." He said pointing and starting walk... But slower this time so that Kira could keep up.

Abbi was walking quickly, almost jogging, so she could keep up with the adults. But she didn't seem tired, she'd probably manage to keep up okay.
