Devong ritted his teeth as Akito's nails drew blood. He didn't release her though, instead, he tightened his grip around her waist.

Ren smirked when she saw the blood on Devon's arm.
"Akito, you're completely oblivious to the fact you're harming your beloved Devon," she said tauntingly.
Akito forced herself to calm down and stopped digging her nails in. She saw the blood on her nails. Oops.
"Well, won't you apologize to Devon? Poor thing. Does he always have to undergo your torture?"
Akito glowered. She wanted Devon to let go. She wanted to murder that woman.

"Ignore her, Akito." Devon murmured. He glared at Ren.

"And why should I?" Ren asked.
"Because you're annoying the he** out of us, and not doing anything other than that. Now I swear, you'd better get out of here. Or maybe Devon and I will throw you out... through the window," the last part Akito said partially under her breath. No doubt Ren heard though, because her face reddened in anger.

Devon glared darkly at Ren.
"Please... just leave." He hissed out, trying not to lose control of his temper. devon usally didn't have such a hot temper. But Ren was seriously making him mad.

Ren smirked at Devon. "Hmm, I suppose I will. It's getting quite boring in here," she walked by, 'accidentally' stepping on Akito's bare foot with her own stiletto high heels. That actually drew blood. Akito yelped. Ren walked out of the room before Akito could do anything though.
"Ow," Akito muttered looking down where she'd gotten a pretty painful injury on her foot. It was bleeding, but it wasn't deep at all. She could tell, because it looked like the bleeding was stopping already. It was basically just a scratch.

Devon grimaced.
"Are you okay, Akito?" He asked, and not completely meaning her foot. He meant if she was okay from Ren trying to strangle her, then abusing her with words.

"I'll be fine," Akito muttered. She felt her neck, wondering if there would be bruises. Probably. "D**n, I hate her. I think I'll clean up my foot," she grimaced as she said that. "And then we can go to the garden."
((Which is where they meet Hera. XD))

Akito shook her head. "Just a scratch," she replied. She walked off to the bathroom. It hurt, but it wasn't as if she'd limp. She washed it off. It had stopped bleeding. Then she came back to the living room. "Well, let's walk out in the garden now," she smiled a little bit.

He nodded. He hadn't even tended to the scratches on is arms. No need to, really.
He gave her a small kiss on the cheek, then led her outside.

"Sorry about your arm," Akito said guiltily as she followed him outside.
A few minutes after they'd passed a bush of roses that were starting to bud, Akito saw a woman in the distance with long curly ginger-brown hair that went down to her waist.
"Eh, who's that...?"
((Devon would recognize her, since he remembers his human past better.))

Devon watched as the woman turned around. She had bright red eyes.
The face though... so familar....
"... Devon!" She called out. She had a lovely voice. Beautiful. She was like pure perfection molded into human skin.
"Hera." Devon stated simply as she woman rushed over to him, flinging her arms around him.

Akito blinked, then stiffened. Hera. Devon's first lover. She was a vampire? Did Devon have any feelings left for her?
She couldn't help feeling a bit jealous, though she knew Devon loved her.

"Akito Sohma." She said in her magnificient voice.

Get off of him, she demanded in her head. Sounding as angry as she felt at the moment in her thoughts. She wondered if Hera would listen. She wondered if Hera already knew, then...

Hera looked over at Akito, confused. Devon looked from Hera, to Akito, then back at Hera.

Akito glowered at Hera, and flushed a very light, barely noticeable pink. "Right..." she muttered. She felt a bit awkward, still stiffened in anger and slight jealousy.
