Palla wanted to hit herself. "How could I have imprinted on a little fairy boy!" she groaned as the rest of the pack laughed until Palla threatened to kill them in their sleep. He was great and all; but weren't werewolves supposed to imprint on OTHER werewolves? Or at the every least humans? Imprinting was supposed to help find matches sutible to carry on Werewolf blood. Could Shani do that? Palla shuddered mentally, and the others laughed as the image appeared in their brains. She growled and phased back to normal and left them to their laughter.
But as she walked through the park, making endless loops around the grass-filled square, she felt whole. She had always felt like a part of her had never been there, and suddenly someone had found it and stuck it in. But of course, now that she had imprinted on him, it felt awful to be apart. And she had to restrain herself, because she didn't know if he was comfortable with it. So as Palla twisted her thoughts, trying to figure things out, she felt very lonley.

Shani didn't think Pala knew exactly how dangerous Fae were. They could kill just as easily as a changeling could. Except with Fae, they can easily frame whoever they want. If they are to kill someone, then no one will ever know it's them. As with changelings, there is blood. A lot. So it's a lot harder to cover up. As the Fae walked through the park his thoughts wondered to how strange it was that he had been imprinted on by a changeling. It was strange. Different. He wondered if another changeling had ever imprinted on a Fae.
As his thoughts went as rampant as his personality he noticed Palla walking around. To go talk to her or not? That was the question. He then shrugged to himself and started over to her. She looked a little out of place, at least to him she did. "Hey." He greeted. Now, he had decided earlier today that his mood would be nonchalant. Relaxed, calm. All, whatever. Unless the situation called for a different side of him. "What are you doing out here, alone?" Shani asked glancing around; face a bit blank. He returned to looking at her his odd bronze eyes seeming to examine her.
((Teehee... Fae are definitely NOT little fairy people. XD They are quite... Violent. XD))

Palla heard his voice and her head snapped up, but she qiockly forced her eyes back down. She didn't slow her pace, letting him fall into step. "Thinking." she replied. She was trying not to look at him, not to be attached to him until she knew how she was going to handle the situation. If she didn't let herself love him, she couldn't be disappointed, or hurt. But there was no choice, as she had imprinted on him.
She wanted to look up at him, to tell him her thoughts like she knew she should. But she just couldn't. Palla was too afraid to get hurt, to be laughed at. And so, as much as she wanted to stay with him forever, she wouldn't even allow herself to look at him.

Shani nodded walking beside her. He tilted his head slightly as he watched her. "Thinking about what?" He asked. Had he done something wrong? She wasn't looking at him. Maybe he had reacted wrong to the imprinting... Or maybe it was just the fact that he was Fae. Not all changelings knew about Fae as far as he knew. But still, people underestimated them. The boy looking away then glanced back at her.
"You think it's odd that you imprinted on a Fae?" It was a completely legible question to him. Although he said it a little bluntly. To avoid seeming to emotionless he smirked. " 'Fae' are nothing like the 'fairies' in the fairytales. More like Brothers Grimm if I'm thinking correctly." He said looking back in front of him. Wouldn't want to trip. Although that was unlikely for him. The young Fae didn't often make that type of mistake.

Palla fought herself, keeping her head down. "No." she replied. "But that was a close guess." she admitted unwillingly. Her black hair shielded her face from him, not that there was much to see. She counted the cracks in the sidewalk silently, trying to distract her mind from Shani who was so close, yet also so far. She clenched her teeth and didn't say anything else.

"Eh... I reacted wrong. Did something." Shani was assuming he kept looking forward. He liked her, to think a Fae liking a changeling! But it was there. The young Fae glanced back at Palla curiously. "You know, I'm not like everyone else." He stated.

"Not quite." Palla said through her teeth. Finally, she let out a deep sigh, like she had been holding her breath the whole time. "Its just . . . you did nothing." she exclaimed, throwing her hands in the air. "You just acted like the whole thing was completley normal." she said a little more quietly. She crossed her arms over her chest. Despite the warmth of the sun, she felt cold. "But you don't understand." she trailed off. "I don't have a choice about this, to wether I love you or not. So wether or not you want to kiss me, I want to kiss you. Its against my will, and you have a choice. You can walk away right now, which is what I assume you will do, based on the amount of emotion I'm getting here. But I can't. I'll never be able to walk away like you. And thats a scary feeling, Shani." she turned her head away from him, tears pricking her eyes like they always did when she got angry or sad.
((A little bit of rambling, but whatever. XD ))

((It's fine. XD))
Shani listened he didn't walk away. There was no reason to. Really he didn't want to walk away. He kept looking away then glanced back at her. "I am sorry." He said. The Fae then turned to look at her. "I won't walk away." He stated. So the day called for him to 'act'. To be more emotional. Show something. "I do not know how to act, considering I've never really loved anyone. You can't expect me to get it right away." He explained. Walking around he stopped in front of her. "Fae can't lie." He said leaning down and kissing her. "So, I love you." He finished stopping to look at her as he said this.

Palla was caught by surprise. Her eyes widened for a second, but she closed them quickly and put her arms around his neck. She felt his lips on hers, a strange feeling, but nice. And he pulled away all too soon, but she didn't move her arms. "Oh." she said in a quiet voice. "I- um . . ." she broke off. She was frozen for a second, her head spinning. Then she went with instincts, and she stretched up to kiss him again, this time making sure he wouldn't pull away so quickly. She closed the distance between them, huging him tightly as her lips touched his again. For a moment, her lips pulled away in a smile, but they quickly returned to his.

Shani smirked slightly behind the kiss putting his arms around her waist; lightly. When it did finally end he looked at her for a moment then smiled. "You know, we're kissing in the middle of a public park." He stated laughing a bit at this thought. "Is this better?" He asked tilting his head as he looked at her.

Palla nodded enthusiasticly. "Its not like there's anyone around." she replied, leaning her head on his shoulder and closing her eyes for a second. "This is nice." she said quietly. Just wait until she could relive all this so the pack could see what a great kisser Shani was.
"So tell me, where exactly do you live?" she asked, honestly curious. Did he have a house, or did he just turn himself into a bird and sleep in the trees?

"A house." Shani stated smirking. "It's a nice house. I come from a long line. Plenty of money and everything." He said. It did get lonely. Being in there alone. It had just one floor, but was a good place. Kitchen, then a separate dining room, living room, then there are the bathrooms and two bedrooms. The Fae pulled his arms up a bit to where they were around her mid-back, just hugging her. "Yes it is." He said smiling slightly. "If you're wondering about my age and such, there are illusions. No one knows I'm really alone. I can easily put up the illusion to make whatever I need." The boy added. "Well, now you know. But I trust you not to say anything." He finished.

Palla nodded. "I just live on the Reservation. But my place is so . . ." she trailed off. "Lets just say I spend most nights sleeping as a wolf. Its much better." she didn't go into detail about the moldy, drafty shack she lived in. It wasn't pretty.
Palla nodded again. "My lips are sealed. Mostly." she said, kissing his shoulder. It was warm, and he smelled nice. It was like a favorite-sweatshirt smell, warm and familiar and inviting. Better than any perfume money could buy.

Shani shrugged. "It's lonely though. I'm not much of an anti-social... Person." He said person as though he had thought about saying Fae, which he had. The Fae found it nice to be holding her, she was warmer then any human, which he didn't mind even in the summer.
"Mm... I don't want them completely sealed then." He said smirking. Leaning down he kissed her lightly on the cheek. "Hey, you want to tease some bullies?" He asked smirking once again. "I can make it to were your things turn into something scary enough to make them leave you alone. Another illusion of course." That would be interesting.

Palla's smile grew. "Sure!" she pulled back from him, not before grabbing his hand. She looked up at the sky, and her smile faded. The clouds were dark, a sign of storms. So she couldn't sleep outside, unless she wanted to get wet, and she couldn't sleep inside, unless she wanted to get dripped on. Either way, she ended up wet and cold. Palla sighed heavily, wondering if she would ever have enough money to get the holes and gaps fixed in the little wooden hut.

"So what kind of house do you live in, anyway?" Shani asked tilting his head as he walked with her. He had not missed the way her smile had faded when she looked up at the darkening sky.

"Um . . ." Palla began. "It like . . . made of wood, and there's just one room. There's a kitchen in one corner, and my room in the other, and a little bathroom and a couch in the front. Oh, and it looks like swiss cheese." she added. "It has a lot of holes. Its also moldy, from all the water that drips from the roof." she explained brightly. "Remind me to get some tarps, and a few buckets. Another few holes popped up, and my current tarp isn't working well." she said quietly as an afterthought.

Shani looked at her and blinked. "Really? I can help with that." He said smirking slightly. "How much would it cost to get it fixed...?" The Fae seemed to ask himself. "Ah, another thing. The mall then?" He asked looking back at her.

"No, no, it's fine." Palla assured him. "I won't allow you to spend money on me. No excepetions." she said quickly. She hated when people wanted to waste their money on pointless things. She figured she'd live through a few inches of water, and mold wouldn't kill her. Right?

"But isn't the boyfriend supposed to do that?" Shani asked smirking and putting an arm around her shoulders. He could easily give her a better place to live. His family was still around also, he just didn't know where. Then again, maybe the Gray Lords called them and did their sort of justice because his family had done something wrong. Who knew? All he knew was that he grew up in an orphanage till he left and made the illusions of a life.
