Hatori glanced down at his watch. Ooh, it was late. "Kana, Keiji, I think Kira and I will get going. That is, if it's alright with Kira," He added the last bit quieter, glancing down at her to see if she'd agree with him.
He couldn't help having the nagging thought that if his and Kira's relationship got too far Kira would end up like Kana...

She smiled soft up at him. "It's fine." She told him. "It was good to meet you Kana, Keiji." She told them with a small bow.

Kana smiled. "It was nice to meet you, too. And nice to see you as well, Hatori-san," She bowed.
"It was nice to meet you two," Keiji said quietly, bowing as well.
Hatori smiled. "Good to see you," he murmered, walking her out to the car after saying it.
"We should head back to the Main House. Then later I'll take you home," He said

She nodded, a small smile still on her face.
She looked at him intently for a second when she got in the car. "What's wrong?" She asked him softly.

Hatori chuckled as he climbed into the driver's seat. "Nothing. Just some... memories of how Kana was after my injury," He said. Well, it was half truth.

Kira left it at that. She wouldn't press futher into a subject that Hatori didn't want to discuss.

Hatori soon reached the Main House. He led Kira inside, then to his place. But then he led her to a different room. Kira wouldn't recognize it, because she'd never seen it. It was the room he usually used when he erased people's memories. He shut the door after he led her in.
"Kira," He said shakily. "I'm sorry... I'm worried... that you will end up hurt and unhappy like Kana was. I can't let that happen." He bit his lip to keep it from trembling. He'd made the decision on the car ride home. He was erasingt Kira's memories. He couldn't risk her happiness. Never. He couldn't do that. So he was going to erase every memory she had of him. She wouldn't even remember his name.

"... Hatori..." She bit her lip. This wasn't going to end very well. Something was going to happen. Something bad. "... what ever it is, Hatori, it's not your fault." She told him softly. "It was never fault." She looked up at the taller man with her emerald eyes. She held his hands gently and looked up at him with a softened gaze. She leaned upwards and kissed his cheek.
((It's short. Sorry. I'm trying to make this is hard for Hatori as possibly. XD Aren't I evil?))

((Yesh, you is. XDDDDDD))
Hatori gritted his teeth and swallowed. He forced a smile for her. "Kira, close your eyes..." He murmered.
((REALLY short. Yours wasn't really short, btw. XD))

Kira closed her eyes. What ever happened, it would work out, right? Maybe...? She waited for Hatori to do what ever he was going to do. "I love you Hatori." She whispered to him. "I'll always love you." She told him just as softly as before. You could tell in her voice that she really and truly did love this man with her whole entire mind, body and soul.
((Tougher? XD))

Hatori internally winced. It would be so painful for him to do it. But he had to. He had to keep Kira from being hurt as Kana had. If he didn't, it would only be a matter of time before Akito found out. He put his hand on her forehead, covering her eyes as he did so. He took her hand and pulled her to sit down. He didn't do it roughly. But soon they were both in sitting positions on the floor, her eyes still closed, his hand over her forehead and eyes. He continued to hold her hand as he began searching her memories. He started with the most recent, erasing each one completely from her memory, each and every one. He was finally at the very first memory, where Kureno had called him to come see Kira and take a look at her because she was sick. He erased that memory. Then he opened his eyes, for they'd been closed as he looked through her memories. As he opened his eyes one bright white light lit the room for a moment, then he removed his hand from her face. She'd collapse in a second or two, and he'd drive her home and leave a note for Shade.

((Lw's pounding on a pillow saying 'He was supposed to cry! He didn't love Kira as much as he loved Kana.' XD She's a goof.))
Kira felt Hatori place his large, warm hands over her forehead and eyes. She willing sat down when he gently pulled her down to the ground. She still didn't know for sure what Hatori was going to, but she did have an idea.
She didn't blame him. She would never blame him
Kira's body collapsed after Hatori erased every memory of her ever even meeting him.
Her eyes were still closed, her breathing soft.
Her eye lids fluttered as she slowly began to regain conscience. All those feelings of love that she had ever felt for him were gone, that or completely buried underneath all the pain and sadness of losing her son and her husband and her daughter being brutally abused by her brother-in-law.
A soft sigh; barely audible escaped her chest. All the love...happiness, it froze over in an eternal winter.

Hatori carefully picked her up off the ground, tearing up a bit. It'd be hard to tell, though. He scribbled something on a piece of paper quickly, then took it with him as he carried Kira to the car. He slid her into the back seat, then got into the driver's seat, heading for her house. On the paper he'd written a quick note, explaing Kira no longer remembered him, and that Shade not mention him to her. He knew very well she would anyway, but what the heck? Soon he pulled up at her house.

Kira had actually woken up when they pulled up at her house. She opened her eyes, her eyes opened to stare at Hatori for a couple seconds. "...!" Right now, all she really knew was that she was a strange man's car. Her brain told her to yell a rather... colorful.. stream of words at him, but she couldn't seem to find her voice. She tensed up, looking around wildly for a split second.

Hatori got out of the car and opened Kira's door.
"Oh, I'm sorry, you've woken up. I'm..." It couldn't hurt to introduce himself. "Hatori Sohma. A doctor. I saw you walking and you tripped and hit your head. It seems you'll be fine though," He lied smoothly, keeping a straight face. "You probably wouldn't remember it, you hit your head pretty hard. You're an aquaintance of one of my relatives, Kureno Sohma, so I managed to figure out you address so I could bring you back to your house."

Kira looked as if she was trying to decide if she should trust Hatori's or not. She stepped out of the car. "I'm sorry to have bothered you." She said politely to him. "Thank you." She bowed to him and tucked her black hair behind her ear.
