Razi lifted her head calling "I love you guys!" before the door closed behind.
She tried to act brave, but Razi was terrified. Completley. She had never been more scared in her life. Not even when she killed her dad. Never. She looked up at the doctor, who grinned at her. "You'll be alright." she said, looking away so Razi couldn't see the dobt in her eyes.

"I'm staying." Kenny said. His eyes looked a little distant as he thought about how he'd react if Razi were to... He couldn't even bring himself to think it.
"I'll stay too then. Uuhh... Unles Livvy wants to go home," Rai said. He looked at Livvy.

Vannessa lay Livvy in one of the chairs and draped her jacket over the sleeping child. She sat in the next chair. "Anyone hungry?" she asked.

Poor kid. Rei thought. "Not hungry, Vannessa." He said forcing a smile for her.

She nodded.
A man that must have been a doctor stepped out about an hour later. "Mrs Patrun?" Vanessa nodded. "Your daughter Razi was in a critical state...we did everything we could." he continued. Mrs Patrun's face got pale. "We had to remove her larger intestines. She should be okay after about... two months of rest. The surgeon can give you more information." Vanessa sighed in releif. "Thank you doctor." she said. "May we see her?" she asked. "In a bit. She's still out."

Kenny had paled as well. The color still hadn't returned to his face after the news that she'd be okay. Crap. This was scaring him half to death.

A little while later, Razi had woken up. Vanessa touched Livvy's cheek, and the aby didn't stir. She left her there for a moment. "Rei, watch her for a sec. Kenny, come on." she knew Razi would want to see Kenny.

Kenny jumped to his feet. A little color had returned to his face, but he still looked really pale.

Vanessa opened the door slowly. One nurse was left, along with a surgeon. "Raz?" she said softly. A half-dead looking Razi looked up. "Did someone call Aroura?" she asked, barley getting the words out. Her pale lips formed a small smile as she spotted Kenny. "At least I've got a cool scar. It goes from here to here." she said, lifting a finger to point to just below her heart to an inch or so below her belly button.

"Cool." Kenny managed to mutter, along with a forced smile. He'd gone pale again when he saw Razi. "Here, I'll call Aura." He whipped out his cell phone and dialed her number.
"Hello?" Aurora asked.
"Hey, could you meet us at the hospital. Raz wants you." Kenny said.
Aurora remembered that Razi was having her surgery. So THAT was why she hadn't been answering her calls.
"Oh gosh! I completely forgot! I'll be there in a jiff." Before hanging up Kenny heard her calling for her mom. He closed his cell phone. "She'll be here soon." He promised.

Soon Aurora was running in, out of breath. And like Kenny, she paled as soon as she saw Razi. "Raz... are you o... kay...?"

Razi smiled. "I've been better." she joked. "At least I get to miss school." she shrugged. Vanessa grinned. "Maybe one of the /Cullens/ should tutor you." she laughed. "Over Sam's dead body." Razi replied.

Aurora let out a laugh. To Kenny it seemed tense in a way. Of course, he hadn't found out about vampires yet. He wondered what was up with the Cullens. Sure, he'd seen them. They were all adopted, it was said. But what was going on? He gave Razi a confused look.
