It sang in her head everyday. her new name. A happy tune repeating over and over.
Crystal Sohma, Crystal Sohma, Crystal Sohma...
Crystal walked down the stairs, wearing only her silky, cherry blossom colored pajamas and robe, all silk, something Shigure had bought her, so of course, he could imagine how much that covered up her skin.
But, being Crystal, she honestly didn't care if the teenagers saw her.
She quickly downed a glass of milk before sauntering back upstairs and colasping on the bed, curling up in the blankets. She let out a sigh.
"Crystal's belly hurts." She mumbled, to Shigure if he was here, and to herself if he wasn't.
Of course, she knew why it hurt... but Shigure didn't yet.
((I was thinking that maybe Shigure could be there, and Crystal could ask him if he wanted any children, and then she could break the news to him. XD))

Shigure was on the bed, burried in blankets. He rolled over and wrapped one arm around her, drawing her closer. His Crystal. She was more precious than any diamond.
"What's wrong with Crystal?" He whined in her ear, kissing her neck.

"Crystal don't feel good." The Native American pouted, snuggling closer to Shigure warm body. Despite not feeling well, a warm, tingling feeling shot down her spine when he kissed her neck. She smiled to herself and laid her head on his chest.
"Shigure... I have a question..." She said, changing the subject. "Do you want any children?"

"Ehh?" The question surprised Shigure. "Um, yeah. I like kids," he said. "Forgive me for talking about my ex... if you can call her that, but when Akito was a baby, I liked holding her. I love how babies'll grab just about anything. And when she was a kid..." he sort of trailed off, grinning. "Well, let's just say she used to be awfully cute."

Crystal swallowed once.
"That's good." She told him, nervous despite the fact he said he like kids. She touched his face gently.
"That's good... because I'm pregnant." She told him, looking him in the eye.

"Ah! Really?" Shigure asked. "I'm a dad?! Oh my G*d, I'm a daddy!!" He was obviously excited.
"Gure's a daddy and Crystal's a mommy," he whispered, mouth against her neck again.

Crystal let out a soft laugh, a cheerful sound like a brook running over stones.
"Mm, yes." She murmured, now she was really liking the warm feeling of Shigure kissing her neck.
"Gure and Chrys are parents." She whispered back, carely placing one arm around his neck so she could pull herself closer to him. She was smiling brightly now, and she kissed Shigure on his temple, the only place that she could reach.

"Hmhm! Wait till Mii hears about this! Should I torture Aki and tell her as well? No going to the beach house for Crystal. She'll get siiiiiick and throw up on eeeveryyyyyonnnnne!" Shigure said in a sing-song voice. "Too bad the kids're already gone."

"Will to," Shigure replied teasingly. "We should just stay home, away from the noise. Plus, Akki's out of the... continent, I believe, so you don't have to worry about me cheating on you." Of course, he was merely joking, and that was obvious.

Shigure kissed her. "Y'know Crystal, it's strange. Before I met you, Akito was my reason for existence. Sort of like... how to put it? Like I imprinted on her. I'd always concidered her as the center of my universe, my sun... or my black hole. Since suns rotate around black holes. And she consumes the mind." He chuckled to himself. "But then you came along, and Akito's no long the center. And you know what? I can feel my bond with her weakening. My bond with her as the dog. I'm surprised it's not broken yet." He grinned at her. He didn't mind sharing this information with her. He knew Crystal trusted her enough, since they were married. Just for fun, and the feeling it gave him every time he did it, he glanced down at his left hand, at the finger where his ring rested, the ring signaling he was married. He grabbed Crystal's hand and kissed her wedding ring.
"G*d, I love you."

"You have a funny way of expressing it, sometimes." Crystal, laughing slightly. "I love you, too." She said. It was much more simple then what Shigure had said before he had told her he loved her, but she figured it worked just as well.

Shigure laughed. "There's a reason I didn't treat Akito quite as kindly as I treated you. I'm just not sure what you'll think of me if I tell you. If you want to know, I'll say it, though." He held her closer.

"What is it?" Crystal asked, lifting her tanned face up a bit to look her husband in the eyes. Her own, warm chocolate brown eyes watched him with courisity.

Shigure nodded. He looked a little dark.
"Oh, I did love her, at one point. And I'd do anything to have her all to myself. I tried to break her. I wanted everybody to leave her, so she would come crawling to me. And I do apologize, but when I first met you..." he looked regretful. "I was using you, to make her jealous. But then I fell in love with you. And my 'imprintment' moved from her to you. It was a total change. I still.... care about Akito. But in a different way now. Either way, I am a bad guy, for doing these things. The villain in a fairy tale. But I'm shameless enough to marry the perfect angel anyway." He kissed her then.
"Aren't I just terrible?" There was a mock-wicked smirk.

Crystal smirked. "Angel?" She asked. "I'm far from that." She said. "I'm the mutated freak that used to turn into a gaint dog and attack dead people." She said, shaking her mane of black curls once to get the wild hair out of her eyes. She really needed a hair cut...
Woah, getting off subject. Back to Shigure.
"I kinda knew you were using me, but I didn't want to believe it. My last boyfriend was a werewolf, and imprinted on somebody else before I did. I was devestated, but I guess I got over my self. I didn't want to end up like Leah, she's a b**** now."

"I've heard," Shigure said. "Anyway, using you is the one thing I regret. I guess I'm not too bad, if it's actually possible for me to feel regret. But I was using dear Tohru-kun, too. For Akito's sake, but still, using her. And even Ha'ri sometimes. I'm bad, aren't I?"
