For the most part, everything was quiet today. One figure was alone, leaning against the wall of his room and just thinking about life, and how it went. He was born with the curse of the cat, something that was interesting yet saddening at the same time. After living with it as long as he had though, Dageus found that he really didn't mind anymore. He had chosen to live outside the main house for a simple reason, he hated being bothered too much. Maybe that was just part of the feline in him, or maybe it was an actual personality trait. Who knew, in this hectic life?
Wearing his unmarked deep grey almost black hoodie along with his dark blue ripped jeans, he was nothing you could expect really. Casting the impression of darkness, maybe that was the reason he behaved the way he did. After all, people were suppose to live up to what people thought of them, right?
Well, for the moment, as usual, Dageus was alone, just thinking about life, and everything that went with it...

((Yeah, um, I'm not sure if Akito would give him permission to live that far from the Main House. *laughs* Unless he did something really bad to get on Akito's last nerve several times. It's a wonder that Kyo's allowed to stay there. *pokes* You can't just have one of your characters live there without permission from the almighty staffies. XD But... I guess. *laugh* Alrighty, let's bring the rat out.))
Yuki headed up the stairs. Tohru was making dinner, she'd sent him to find out just what everyone wanted. He stopped at Dageus' room. The man had only just recently moved in. Something that might surprise quite a few people is that the boy who was cursed by the rat didn't mind Dageus, a cat, too much. He wasn't irritating, like that Baka Neko, Kyo was. He kept to himself, and, unlike Shigure and Kyo, wasn't a total idiot. He knocked at the door.
"I'm coming in," he stated, entering the room.
"Honda-san wanted to know what everyone wanted for dinner," he said. Of course, the only dislike Yuki felt toward Dageus was because the man was a cat, and he a rat. Their Zodiac spirits naturally hated each other.

Looking up, his clear blue eyes calm even though the slight hostility between the two could be felt, Dageus nodded as Yuki came in, although he remained seated. In a way it was a show of trust, he was more vunerable when he was sitting down rather then standing up.
"I'm not a picky eater. I'm fine with whatever Honda-san wants to make."
Offering a soft smile, it wasn't suprising that Dageus basically knew everyone who lived here. Furing his first week, he had made a big effort to introduce himself to everyone and have them get to know him. Of course, nobody could really say why he chose to live here. Maybe it was because he didn't want to deal with Akito, as their Zodiac spirits battled even worse then Yuki and Kyo. Dageus you see, wasn't always what he was made out to be.
Standing up, Dageus pulled down his sweatshirt slightly, he hated it when they came up above his stomache, even with a shirt on.
"Kyo must not be in, I haven't heard any crashing today."
An attempt at humor. It wasn't much, but considering how he had been around everyone at the moment, at least he was making an effort.

Yuki smirked slightly. He was amused, even if it wasn't the greatest attempt at humor. Yuki had become just a bit less serious than he used to be, before he met Tohru. "I think baka might be on the roof. Or at Shihan's house..." he commented simply. "But he didn't say he was missing dinner, so I guess I'd better check in a bit."
Personally, Yuki's theory of Dageus moving in here was that the man was tired of Akito or something. But he was positive that, if Akito had objected to Dageus leaving, then it must have taken the cat a lot of courage, and strength, to defy him. It was very hard for those cursed by the Zodiac to defy 'God'.
((If you don't know, Shihan is what some people call their martial-arts trainers. 'Shihan' (aka Kazuma Sohma) trained a lot of the Sohma children. He took Kyo in when he was little. Kyo calls him Shishou. So, of course Kyo would spend a lot of time at Kazuma's house even now. Just saying, because it helps to know. XD))

Dageus more so kept away from others that were cursed the same he was, it was as though they were just too the same, yet different. It sort of bothered him to be around too long with anyone like that, although it would never be shown to anyone. The master at hiding things, there wasn't much Dageus couldn't hide from anyone, even the vampires who occasionally came around, although he stayed well away from them. They made him a bit, well not nervous, but along the lines of it. Especially Ember, there was something about her that he just couldn't place. Red or gold eyes, it didn't matter. They were all seen the same way to him, even if he acted differently the times he was forcred to hang around them.
He did the same things with the wolves though, but he could in some point, understand them. After all, he shifted too in a way.
"Anyone joining us for dinner tonight?
It wasn't well known, but the unease Dageus had around new people was a bit obvious, it always seemed like they were staring at him. And if Akito ever came over here, well, lets just say it was good she hadn't. Dageus was loaded with secrets about why he had left, and everything could come undone in a matter of moments.

Yuki merely nodded at the first statement. He shifted his weight slightly, from his right foot to his left foot, which had only recently been taking out of its cast.
"No. Well, Shigure's fiance, but since she's moved into the house, it's basically the same people as usual." The boy shrugged.
((Meh. Short. So, something... exciting should happen. xD))
