Tohru giggled. The boys blushed slightly as Shade said that, embarrassed for acting so childish. They both let go. Tohru took it and set it on Shade's plate with a laugh.

Shade had a large grin on her face. It was that crooked little grin that Sato's could only make. She sat down next to Tohru.

The boys glanced at Tohru and Shade worriedly. Hopefully the girls wouldn't run into Akito.
Tohru finished up, the last one done with her food. She cleared off the table, wondering if Shade would help or not. It seemed Shade would want some help. She picked up the leftover pancakes and the maple syrup, tripping over her own feet as she walked into the kitchen to put them away.

"Be careful." She said with a small laugh and went to go help clean up the table.

They walked to the Main House. After breaking out of the last of the trees from the forest, they just had a bit farther to go before they saw the Main House.

Tohru knocked on the door and requested to the woman to tell her where Hatori's part of the house was. The maid led them up.
Now they stood outside Hatori's part of the Main House.

"Hi Honda--" Tadao cut himself off when he noticed Shade. "Oh my G*d..." He said.

Tadao smiled at her, but there was... sadness in his eyes. As if he'd have to let go of something soon. And he would. He promised Akito he'd stay by her side forever. He'd learned Akito was a girl when she'd been begging him to stay. It was obvious, when you really thought about it. But anyway, he promised he'd stay by her side. He couldn't see Shade anymore...
