Shade walked down the hall, fresh bruises on her face, thank the lord they weren't very bad. The worst ones where the snapped stitches on her side, and the one on her throat. She was wearing a dark blue turtleneck neck shirt to hide that one, though.

She thought she saw Hatori, directly down the hall. He had the same hair color, the same, almost the same height, and the same skin color. She figured that he was going to go give Akito to give her medicine.

She continued to Hatori's room, I thought about it more. Since when had Hatori ever worn jeans? And he was a bit short, a bit more boyish looking, even from behind. She pushed the thought out of her mind.

She continued through the large Sohma mainhouse, She had basicaly memorized the way to Hatori's room, she had been there so many times, against Akito's and Moshi's wishes...

She fiddled with a gold necklace she was wearing, still wondering about the Hatori-look-alike. Maybe it was Hatori...maybe it wasn't...

She opened the door to Hatori's room and peeked her head in. Her jet black hair fell around her shoulders, her green eyes peered in.

She saw Hatori, in his normal clothes.

So that man down there wasn't Hatori...
"Hi, Hatori-kun!" She said cheerfully.

"Hello, Shade," Hatori said, the corners of his mouth twitching up into a small smile. "How are you?" His smile had disappeared when he'd seen the bruises on her face. It might have been hard for others to notice, but Hatori noticed as soon as he looked at her face. At least she was cheerful.

[Platinum]

She saw the look on his face.
"I'm fine." She assured him, walking completely into his house. She shut the door behind him.
"I actidently busted a few stitches, they didn't bleed very much though, thank the lord." She said to him, coming to sit by him.
She quickly changed the subject.
"I saw someone down stairs...he looked almost identical to you." She said.

Hatori chuckled a bit. "That would be my younger brother. He's training to become a doctor. I'm helping him out by giving him the task of taking care of Akito for a bit." His face went worried for a moment, but he wiped it off his face. The truth was, Akito's condition was very bad. Devon had left her, she'd said, which would explain the terrible condition. "His
name's Tadao."

At that moment Tadao walked in.

"Hey, nii-san, I took Akito some medicine, but he won't take it so I just left it in there. He'll take it later, right?" He asked.

"He should. I'll go check on him later. Tadao, meet Shade," Hatori introduced.

"Hi, nice to meet you. I'm Tadao Sohma, Hatori's brother... wait, are you the girl nii-san hit with the car?" Tadao asked.

"Tadao..." Hatori scolded.

[Platinum]

Shade's cheeks turned bright red.
"Yeah..." She said, her face glowing red-hot. She looked down. The reason that she was so embarrases, was well, because Tadao was rather hott.
She looked back up, her face slowly turning back to it's nomal bronze tone. Her green eyes looked back up at Tadoa, looking into his gray ones.

She blushed again.

[Akkii]

"Sorry, I didn't mean to embarrass you..." Tadao apologized, looking down, blushing as well..

This girl was cute... How old was she again? His cheeks grew a brighter red at his thoughts. Hatori would probably KILL him if he heard what he was thinking...

Hatori chuckled a bit as he watched the two. They looked as if they liked eachother...

Shade recovered again. She played with her fingers, "It's fine." She said.
"It's fine'?!?! Your so stupid! Say something better then that!! She said angerly to herself in her head.

[Akkii]

Tadao grinned slightly at her. "Good. So, you were here to see Hatori... want me to leave? I should probably go to check on Akito anyway..."

"Ah, Tadao, why don't I do that. Something tells me he's not going to listen to you," Hatori chuckled.

"You're right, Nii-san," Tadao agreed.

Hatori walked out of the room, but before leaving he said, "I'll probably be back in about ten, twenty minutes." He closed the door behind him.

Her heart raced. Hatori had just left her alone with him. She thought that she was going o have a heart attack.

It was a by luck that she didn't have one.

She continued to sit, staring down at her fingers, waiting for him to saw somthing.

"So, how old are you?" Tadao said casually. Smalltalk. That always worked, right?

[Platinum]

"Sixteen." She said.
"How old are you?" She asked him.

[Akkii]

"Eightteen. You go to Kaibarra High?" Tadao asked her. Good, they were close enough in age. It would be awesome if they went to the same school.

((Kaibarra's where Yuu and Kyo go.))

[Platinum]

"Yeah." She said with a smile. They went to the same school, cool!

[Akkii]

"Great!" Tadao said, then blushed, when he realized he'd said it out loud. "I-I mean.. Uhm...." His face was bright red and he looked down.

[Platinum]

Shade couldn't help but laugh softly.

"That's cool." She said. Her face radiated happiness.

[Akkii]

"Hey, what're you doing this weekend?" Tadao blurted before he could stop himself.

[Platinum]

"I don't have anything planned." She said.

[Akkii]

Tadao decided to go along with what he started. "You want to have lunch together or something then?" He asked.

[Platinum]

She smiled. "Sure." She said happily.

[Akkii]

"Great," Tadao said, a little more relaxed now. Hatori wasn't back yet. Probably staying out on purpose. He remembered Kana. Being in the room with two love-stricken teenagers probably bothered him.
