Kohana's face would have turned scarlet if she could still blush.
She turned invisible again and ran behind him. She stood still for a moment and then wrapped her arms around him lightly and became visible again. "Boo." She said. Then laughed again.

"Okay guys, let's stop messing around and get back to our hunting trip!" Alice said, smiling at the two.
"Okay, onee-chan!" Kohana said. She'd started calling Alice that, since they were basically sisters now.

Kohana sniffed the air, and then her nose wrinkled in distaste. "I only smell herbivores. Did we have to hunt here, Alice?"
"You're the one who chose to stop." Alice laughed.

"Okay, let's keep going then." Alice laughed. She began to run, holding onto Jasper's hand as she went. Kohana took long strides as she ran grinning widely the entire time.

David tried to keep up with Kohana. But she was always a few steps ahead of him. THe trees flew past him, but he saw everyone in detail. Every leaf, every ant, every animal he felt the pounding haert of as he flew past them. The leaves burshed by his stone clod body and it felt like satin to him.
