She felt a little shiver go down her spine as he did that. She grinned slightly.
"Alright." She said. She was dreading facing her mother, but atleast Tadao was there.

Tadao smiled. "C'mon," he took her hand and squeezed it, then led her out his part of the Main House, and then out the entrance of the Main House itself. That part was a little hurried, but he probably wanted out of there.
"Y'know, Shade. I've decided I'm officially breaking my promise with Akito. I'm thinking about getting a house on the 'outside' soon," he smiled at her.

Shade followed quickly behind Tadao.
"That's cool." She grinned at him. "I'd be able to visit you more often." She said thoughtfully. "But how will Akito react?" She asked him.

"She'll be mad. But she can't bind me to her in any way, now that my curse is gone. She can't stop me from leaving. And I'll be right on the 'outside', anyway. I'm out of Akito's reach, but I haven't left her," Tadao grinned at Shade and put his hand around her shoulders.

Soon, they were at Shade's house. She looked up at Tadao.
"Tadao..." She said softly. "I'm afraid to tell her..." She said.
((Is this before or after Hatori proposes to Kira? Just wondering...))

Shade stepped inside after Tadao, looking a bit paler then normal because she was frightened to tell her mother.
Kira was sitting on the couch, curled up slightly, her hand on her temples. It was apparent that she had a mirgraine at the moment. There was a cup of tea infront of her, it was completely full and the steam had gone away, which means that she had been sitting there for a while.
Kira glanced up at them.
"Oh... hello Shade, Tadao." She said softly.
Something glittering caught Shade's eye. Was that what she thought it was...?
"Mom!" She exlaimed. "You're wearing a wedding ring!!" Shade said loudly.
"Yes... I am... now quiet down, please." Kira said softly.

Kira nodded. "Yes... he did." She said, a small but happy smile on her face.
Shade looked at her mother intently for a couple seconds before blinking. "So you two are getting married?" She asked.
Kira nodded again. "Yes, we are." She said, her smile growing a bit wider.
Shade was happy that her mother was happy, but she was also slightly dissapointed. She had thought since Lee was back... she would love him again... She covered up her dissapointment easily.

"Now... Shade and I have some not-so-good news for you. Shade, do you want to tell her or should I?" Tadao said. He would have been very happy if the circumstances had been different.
Though, it was odd. His brother would marry Kira, so he'd be Kira's brother-in-law. But then he was in love with Shade, Kira's daughter, so when he and Shade eventually got married, he'd be Kira's son-in-law. And Shade would be Hatori's, her step father's, sister-in-law.

Shade bit her lip. Kira waited.
"I'll tell her." Shade said to Tadao. She glanced over at her mother.
"Mom... I'm pregnant." Shade said almost bluntly. She had to get it over with. No need in explaining anything, she already knew what had happened.
Kira's eys widened, but then she stood up and hugged her daughter tightly. Shade looked as if she were about to cry again.
"It's okay..." Kira said softly to Shade.

Kira pulled away from her daughter. Shade had to look slightly up to look at her. Shade would probably never be taller then her mother.She might possibly get to the same height, but it was unlikely that she wo uld ever be taller then her.
Shade smiled at her mom. "Thanks, Mom." She said softly to her.

"Shade was afraid to tell you," Tadao said. "I think she was very brave." He got back to standing with her and put one arm around her waist then kissed her on the forehead.

Shade blushed at what Tadao said about her being brave.
"She would have found out sooner or later weither I told her or not..." She said, looking down to hide her red face.
Kira chuckled. "It's not like I would be mad at you... it's not your fault." She said.
