"Yeah. That'd be a good idea." Kira said softly, pushing herself up so that she could eat with out choking on it. That'd probably freak Hatori out.
She picked up her bowl of Ramen and gently blew on it, so it wasn't too hot, before she began to eat some of it.
"When do you think that... well, you know. When I pop the kids." She said, despite it being a bit crude.

Hatori suppressed a laugh, amused by her terms. "Pop the kids? I'm sorry to say that they won't exactly pop out. Of course, you probably know that. But I think it should be soon, so eat your fill, because if you don't you'll be pretty hungry. I'll give Carlisle a call right now." As he said this, he grabbed his cell phone and dialed the number at lightning speed. He put the phone to his ear after he pressed the call button.
((Assuming that right now the Cullens are back from the beach house. XDDDDDD))

"Dr. Carlisle speaking." The doctor said.
KIra smired and ate her ramen noodles and drank her water.

"Hi, Carlisle. It's Hatori. Kira's going to give birth soon. We're at my house, and I was hoping you could come, because if I lose control, or something else goes wrong, I'd like some help," Hatori said.

"Yes. She has been due for a while now." Carlisle said while getting into his car.
Kira ate the rest of her ramen. What can I say? She was hungry. She set her bowl down. The maids would come and get it. She let out a startled gasp as she felt a sharper then normal kick.
Oh, no, not now. Please not now. She prayed.
((When should she start her contractions? XD))

Hatori glanced worriedly at Kira. He would have told Carisle to hurry, but he knew it wouldn't take the doctor long anyway.
"Yes... well, I'll see you when you get here." Hatori hung up, and set the phone down and was back at Kira's side.
"Now?" He asked.

Kira groaned and helded her stomach.
"Maybe." She said. She let out another pained gasp as she felt another kick. "Yeah. Yeah. Now!" She said, her words coming out rushed. Kira groaned again. Contractions. They suck. They can last up to hours and hurt like h*ll its self.
Carlisle soon made it to house quickly. He stepped in, holding his black doctor's bag. He went to Kira's side.
"Contractions?" He asked.

Hatori nodded. "I'm pretty sure." He was basically ready for the birthing, more confident with Carlisle there in case he needed help. But of course, he was concerned, and stressed, as any father would be. He was simply very good at hiding such emotions.

Carlisle nodded.
"Alright. We should move her to a bed." Carlisle said, gently picked up the woman with no effort at all and waited for Hatori to lead him to a bed that he could take her to.

Carlisle put Kira down, right before she let out a small, soft, scream. With one hand, she grabbed Hatori's hand before she moaned. She squeezed her eyes shut and bit her lip, detirminded not to scream again.

Hatori let Kira hold onto his hand. Had he still been human, she might have just broken it, with how much pressure she was using. But it didn't bother him like this. He leaned in closer, and whispered in her ear, lips brushing her ear just slightly. "It's okay. If you have to, scream. I don't mind." He was guessing the baby was starting to come now...
((We probably don't want to go into detail if the baby's coming. Is it coming right now, or is it still just contractions?))

Kira relaxed her hand as he held back and whispered into his ear. She groaned again.
"Just... contractions." She managed to pant out. She squeezed his hand tightly again. "But that aint gonna last for long." She said, sitffling a scream again despite what Hatori had said. Kira sometimes slipped into her ghetto-like accent when she was in pain or upset.

Hatori couldn't exactly hide his worry with his wife in pain. Concern was clearly written all over his face, and suddenly he worried about whether he'd actually remember how to do this. Then he reassured himself. He'd done a birthing before, there was no way he could forget how to do it.

Kira clung onto Hatori with on hand, sweat showing up on her brow.
"Hatori!!" She screeched at him, screaming for the first real time.

After a long time of Kira yelling out in pain, with some rather... colorful... words and the appolligzing just to have it start over again.
But soon, there were two crying babies in Kira's hands. A boy and a girl.
Akatsuki and Kira.
Kira smiled and her eyes filled up with tears. And she cried, holding her new children.

Hatori was proud that he had ended up needing very little help from Carlisle at all, and he hadn't lost control once. But he was tired out now, considering that this was his wife giving birth, and these were his children that were coming into the world. It was the first time actually feeling tired as a vampire. He laid beside her on the bed, being careful to give her space. He was sure she was still in pain. He edged his face close enough that he could give her a gentle kiss on the cheek, then his eyes wandered to their children. His son and daughter. He was sure Shade would be happy.

Kira let out a soft laugh, but it was soon cut off with a happy sob. She smiled down at them, trying to stop crying. She gently passed the boy to Hatori. He would want to hold one.
"Akatsuki and Hikari." She said with a slight sniff, cradling Hikari.
Carlisle smiled at the happy couple, and gently washed Hikari in Kira's hand.

Like any healthy newborn, Hikari wailed, cried. She then proceeded to reach out for something to grab, eyes squeezed shut as she continued to be loud.
Hatori cradled Akatsuki. The baby didn't seem to mind his cold hands. The new father was being very careful, not wanting to harm the fragile infant.
