Connor looked at her a little suspiciously. "Why would you go live with him and your brother?" He asked; gaze returning back to the road.

Kyoshi bit her lip. Cr-ap. "I was thinking that maybe if I was living there I'd be able to help my brother, you know, turn his life around or something." Kyoshi came up with quickly, hoping that her lie sounded believable.

Connor was still suspicious. It sounded like she was lying. "Sounds like you're lying... But I guess you can live where ever you want..." He mumbled the last part to where it was just audible.
"You will leave if things get bad, right?" The shifter added the question with a glance at her.

Kyoshi ignored the 'lying' part. "Of course. Of course I'll leave." Kyoshi promised him.

Connor nodded slightly and stopped in front of her house. He smirked slightly. "Did you want to stay around here or get some things and go back to my house?" He asked looking back over at her.

"I'll get some things and go to your house." Kyoshi told him with a wide grin before stepping inside of her house. It was actually quiet for once... woooow....
Anyway, moving on now.
Kyoshi went upstairs quickly and packed clothes and other stuff like her toothbrush or whatever else she needed. SHe then quickly went down the stairs and to Connor.

"Got everything?" Connor asked once she was out. He had slid out to stand leaning against the car. Once again, he opened the car door for her.
"You shall never open a car door with me around." He stated jokingly with a grin.

Kyoshi giggled. "Good. that is how it should be. And yeah, I got everything." She told him, slidding into the car.

Connor went to his side of the car and started it again. "Of course that's how it will be." He said laughing a bit now.
