Shade brought Kyo to her house. She suggested that he come and he said that'd be cool.
"I want you to meet my mom." Shade said. Her voice was quiet, almost like she was afraid of being caught or somthing.
The first most noticable thing that there were no pictures of her faimly. It was almost as if she lived her alone. And everything was very clean. It was perfect, almost too perfect. You wouldn't expect a punk girl to live in such a nice house.
She walked quietly into her mother's bedroom. Three of the walls in the room were a yellow, the other on was a lavander color. On the lavender wall, there was a purple bed, with a half-asleep figure nestled softly into the big bed.
Shade was almost a carbon-copy of her mom. They bother had jet-black hair and green eyes. It was revealed that she had green eyes when Shade opened the door and her mother openeed her eyes.
Her mother was very beautiful, even though she was sickly.
"Shade!" Her mother called to her soft, sitting up.
Shade rushed over to her, as if her mother would break into a million peices if she sat up.
"I'm fine!" She laughed gently, and Shade slowly and uneasily backed away.
"Who's this?" She mother asked, changing the subject.
"This is Kyo, a friend of mine." She said.
"It's good that you're making friends. You were always Shy like Lee-" Both of their faces fell when Kira mentioned Lee.
It was Shade's turn to change the subject.
"Kyo, This is my mother, Kira." She said

Kira smiled. Her eyes got sleepy again.
"I'll let you sleep." Shade said, leaving the room with Kira.
"No really it's-" Kira started to say it was fine but she was out like a light. It was one of her quirks.
Shade closed the door. That sad look was still on her bronze face.

"It's nothin'" She said, letting her eyes gaze to the pictureless walls.
The back door opened, then slammed. You could see the blood drain away from her face. Now that, was nothing.

"Shade, it doesn't seem like nothing." Kyo said, more concerned now. When she'd heard the door slam the blood had left her face. That wasn't nothing. There was something wrong.

"It's best that you-" Shade didn't get to finish telling what she was going to say.
"Hello, rabbit." came a smooth, dark voice.
"I thought you were wokring today?" Shade asked her uncle quietly.
"You act like you don't want to see me." He said to her, he hadn't noticed Kyo yet.
I don't She thought.
Almost in three seconds, her was over to Shade, her hand elcoused on his throat and her back was aginst the pale blue wall. She gagged and her eyes got wide. He pushed on her throat harder, picking her up slightly off thr ground like you see in movies.
"You will learn to treat me with respect, do not question me again. If I'm here, I'm here." He hissed at her. Shade let out a choking reply, her hands were wrapped around his wrist, trying to pry away from him. He dropped her, because he face was starting to turn blue. She crumpled to the ground. He turned around, rubbing her throat, her eyes frightened and wild, looking for a place to escape, even though there wasn't one. He turned back around, hitting her across the face with the back of his hand. She fell back to thr ground.
"Who said you could get up, rabbit? stay on the ground! Where you belong!" He snaped at her. "or we won't be healing as fast as you should be." he said, kicking her in her injured ribs. She let out a yelp of pain.
"Who said that you could speak?" He taunted, kicking her harder in the ribs. She bit her lip to keep from screaming in pain. She swallowed over and over agin to keep from crying. She looked up at Kyo with her teared-up eyes.
"I have to get back to work." He said. "Make dinner for your mother and I, then go to your room and stay there." He ordered her. She bowed quickly and went right to work. He now noticed Kyo.
He turned to him and said, "make sure the little b**** does what she's told." He said, then lef.t

Kyo motioned to Shade that he'd be right back and hurried after Moshi, managing to get to him before he got to the car. "What the he** you trying to pull?!" He said angrily. His fists were clenched; you could see the tendons. "Just going in and beating Shade up like that... What, you think I don't care?! You think I won't do anything?!" He moved so he was in Moshi's way, so the man couldn't get in his car.
((Moshi's in for it now! *snicker*))

Shade's eyes got wide and she shook her head no.
Not like would that, stop him or anything.
"She's my faimly. I own her and anyone else living underthat roof!" He exlaimed. "You have no right critizing the way I run my faimly! If you don't like it, then leave, other wise, deal with it. The girl is togh, like her mom, I'll give her that. She's learned to respect her elder, and she won't lever me. Ever." He said. "She's never gonna leave me." He said smuggly. He seemed satisfyed that her ruled over Kira's and Shade's life, and also at the fact that Shade wouldn't run off.
Shade listened from the inside. She was glad the nieghbors had learned never to listen to the family yell anymore. She went to the bathroom quickly to look at her wounds. She grimiced. He had snapped some of the stitches clean in half. A deep purple buise was forming on her thaort, it was the shape of a hand.
And wipped some blood off of her nose, then went back to cooking.
Moshi stood were he was, starring down at Kyo, waiting for th e boy to make a smart remark.

"You know what? You're a real b******!" Kyo said angrily. "You sound just like the head of my family!" He swung a punch, aiming for Moshi's nose, planning to break it.
((Please let him hit Moshi? Yuki's the only one Kyo can't beat... lol. Other than that nobody could beat him (other than vamps and werewolves) lol.))

As the fist impacted with Moshi's nose, his head went sideway, splattering blood on the car. He turned back around to face Kyo, bloo dpouring down his nose. He rose his fist to sock Kyo in the eye.

Kyo dodged, but since he'd hesitated before he had, the fist grazed him, so he managed to get a bruise on the side of his face. Kyo gritted his teeth angrily and sent a kick. Recieving end: Moshi's stomach.

Moshi doubled-over for a split second, but then sent a kick toward's Kyo.

Kyo got hit, not dodging in time. But he was used to worse than that... like flying into a tree for instance. So he merely winced a bit when the kick landed.
Kyo shoved Moshi into the wall of the house angrily.
((Moshi doesn't have to be hit by every single attack. That's not likely to happen. xD He can like, turn at an angle that he doesn't get hurt as badly or something if you really want.... or you can let him get knocked out! *claps hands*))

Moshi quickly turned, hitting the house with the side of his body, then punched at Kyo again.

"Da** you! Why can't you just give up already?!" Kyo asked, getting hit in the cheek by the punch. It had made him bite his cheek really hard with his cat-like fangs and there was some blood in his mouth because of it.
He aimed a strong punch for Moshi's jaw.

Moshi dodged the punch, then Kicked at Kyo, He missed by, well, not very much. But he went to hit Kyo again.

Kyo blocked, immediately grabbing Moshi's wrist once he'd blocked the punch. He twisted it much farther than it was meant to go, hoping he'd get to hear the crack of Moshi's wrist breaking. That would teach him to abuse an innocent girl like Shade. What was wrong with this creep?
((It would be cool if one of the Cullens was walking by... probably not Jasper or Kohana. XD, but one other than Carlisle that may be able to ignore the blood. XDDD))

Moshi's wrist got snapped out of place, he grimaced in pain, but then kicked at Kyo's head.
Alice, who was walking by, heard some comotion. She had a vision earlier that day about a fight, but she hadn't been worried, but now she saw that Kyo was doing some of the fighting.

Kyo was hit on the side of the face by Moshi's foot. "Ow..." He groaned, but nevertheless, sent another attack to Moshi.
