Devon had been walking along the country side. Any day now. Any day now he would become a vampire again, and he would leave.
Akito didn't want him anymore, right?
Devon wondered what Akito would do now. Would she find a new lover? Would she and Kureno pick up from where they had left off last time? His thoughts kept drifting back to that...

"Hi, Devon," said Hera quietly. She was behind him. "Why aren't you with Akito?" She was making her voice soft. Of course, she knew why he wasn't with Akito. Devon couldn't know that though.

"Akito doesn't want me around anymore." He replied to Hera, but he didn't face her.

He shrugged. It seemed that he dealed with stress by ignoring it, or trying to deal casually with it. It might work for a while...

((I'm making Aki sound terrible. XD Oh, and she 'treated' Shigure similarly. lol))

"Mm, I see," Hera nodded. "Then maybe Akito hadn't learned from her first mistake? Like I said, she doesn't deserve someone as great as you. You have to admit, she is pretty bad. I've heard some of her family members' thoughts. Someone was shoved out a window. Another blinded with a vase."
