Akito had fallen asleep, and then woken up a while later, when the ride was almost over. Then they'd landed in Greece and just before they landed, Akito had gotten to see the city through the window, and she'd gawked in absolute amazement. It really was beautiful. She got off the plane with Devon, wondering what to do now. She just waited for him to say something, sort of shocked into silence.

Devon stepped out of the plane into the air port, holding onto Akito's hand. The airport was pretty close to an ocean, so during the flight he and Akito got to see the bright blue water. It wasn't like any other water in the world. Devon smiled to himself.
"See? Isn't it beautiful?" He said to her, before leading her out of the airport. The air out side smelled like a sea-breeze. Fresh. Crisp. Clean. Around the airport where olive trees that were trimmed so that they were a foot or so taller then Devon.
And a lot of the people looked like Rhea and Devon. Strait noses and foreheads, curly or wavy hair that ranged from dark, dark brown to a platinum blonde like Devon's. Most of them were olive-skinned, though.

"Wow," Akito mumbled quietly. "I love it. It's beautiful." She leaned against him and closed her eyes. She felt so at ease.
"Why is it that plane rides always end up tiring me out?" He questioned.

"Jet Lag?" Devon suggested to her. Of course, he had no idea what jet lag felt like, although it sounded like it would leave someone very tired. Then again, he really couldn't remember being tired, either.

"Possibly," Akito replied. "I just want some sleep," she said with a quiet laugh. "We'll need a car, and then find a place to stay," she mumbled, face now hidden in his shirt.

"For now we can take a cab to a hotel." Devon said to Akito. "Maybe then we could find an aparment." Devon said to her, walking her to the streets. It was an older part of the city, because the roads and side-walks were worn down, gray stone.

Akito, personally, liked this area out here. She liked older things. The Main House itself was very old, and that was why she'd never once attempted to install a heating system.
"All right," she agreed. She was glad to be away from everything. Though, her health might worsen a bit if they stayed in Greece too long. The god didn't like being away from the other zodiac spirits.

Devon got a taxi and told the man to take him to the best hotel in the area. Of course, everything was spoken in Greek. The man commented on his older-style of speaking.
Soon, they were dropped infront of the hotel and Devon payed the man before taking Akito's hand and leading her into the hotel.

"I didn't understand a single word of what you were saying," Akito said as she walked into the hotel with Devon. Greece was gorgeous. And since this time she wasn't going somewhere against her will, she as actually allowing herself to have some fun.

Devon smirked at her. "I guess I'll have to teach you some Greek." He said to her, before walking up to the marble counter and speaking to the lady there. She typed some things up on her computer that was hidden from view, before handing them a key-card.
Devon said somthing to the woman, before going up to their room.
"That was 'Thank you'." He murmured to Akito.

Akito tried at it, but didn't get the pronunciation quite right and grimaced.
"It's a strange language," she stated. "It sounds so odd."

"Yeah, it's hard." Devon said, unlocking the door to their massive room before stepping inside. There were two seperate bedrooms, with a small kitchenette, and then of course a bathroom. It was more like a Hotel Suite.
"It actually takes a while to learn it." He said to her as he walked into the room with her.

"I'd imagine so," Akito replied. "But since you grew up with it, it was probably easier for you." She coughed a little, suppressing the sound with her hand against her mouth. She went over to the huge bed and laid down. She yawned silently, and one hand rested on the hardly visible bulge on her stomach.
"You know... I've felt our baby move a little bit... It probably won't be long now until I know whether it's cursed or not." As god, she could tell when a bond formed.
((Huh, maybe the baby could be cursed with the cat, therefore making it more difficult for Akito, because she's always hated the cat. XD))

Devon nodded and sat down next to her. "Hopeful not." He said to Akito. Meaning that the child was cursed or not.

"In one way, it would be kind of nice to already have a bond with the child when it's born," Akito pointed out. "Of course, if it's a girl and it's cursed, you wouldn't be able to hold her."
Then she wondered something. "Devon, how long would it take for a half-vampire child to be born?" She could hardly believe that it would be at the normal rate...

"Well, Hatori said that I was a little further a long than most women would be so soon after having sex," Akito said, obviously have no problem with mentioning the subject (unlike the person currently writing this. xP). "So I guess it'll be accelerated. And if the child is cursed, it'll be born two months earlier than a vampire child would usually be born..."

Akito nodded. She wondered how long it would take. The thought was still scary, and she was still scared that it might kill her.
((Hmmm... four months? Y'think that'd be good? Huh, maybe she should find out real soon. Like, after a couple more posts, the bond can finally connect. And Akito looks almost mortified. XD))
