It was getting to be later. And Adalina was stuck out here. She was in coyote form at the moment, and unable to stay where she had been. It had the scent of werewolf on it. The whole area. Creatures everywhere. Bigger and meaner then her. She had found an area into the main house and sniffed the air. It was nice to not have to worry about trespassing in one place. The walker slipped into one of the gardens and looked around. A place where she could fit, unseen, and sleep. Bushes? She nosed into them and curled into a tight ball, her tail covering her nose. It wasn't hard to doze off though.

Morning. She opened her eyes and blinked. The coyote didn't scent any new scents. The scent of an odd maid or so. Adalina yawned and stretched out curling back up and looking around the garden through the leaves. She blinked sleepily and turned her head looking around a little more. Then she could hear steps coming down a hall. Eyes opening more she flicked her ears and kept listening carefully. If it was someone she knew, she might greet them. If not, then she would simply stay.
((Anyone can post here. XD I figured Kenshin or Akito... Someone... XD))

Akito had just headed outside. She noticed the coyote among the bushes and frowned.
"The he**?" This wasn't Adalina, was it?

'The h***?' What was that supposed to mean? Adalina figured she must have surprised Akito. Akito had not seen her other nature. On the other hand, Akito must have good eye sight, or at least was paying attention to her surroundings quite well. The coyote stood and jumped further off out of site and reappeared on the other side of the bushes further away from Akito. She shook her head ruffling her fur and waking herself up more. Since she couldn't talk in this form she simply sat down and looked down, taking a submissive position.

Akito frowned looking down at the animal. She'd feel stupid talking to it, so just watched it. Some sign... if this were Adalina or somebody, she'd give a sign, right? The head-of-house sighed, and leaned back against a conveniently-placed tree.

Adalina wasn't exactly sure what type of sign would let Akito know who she was. Unless she turned back, but frankly she didn't like being in human form because she felt exposed in the first place, not to mention she didn't exactly have any clothes at the moment.
Either way she stood up and padded around some plants. She let out a curious sounding noise between a whine and a bark, of course it wasn't a bark though. The coyote turned and looked off no where in particular. But she walked back over to be only a couple feet away from Akito. She laid down with her head on her front paws and looked up at Akito, curiosity in her gaze.
((Hehe... It would be interesting if there was a random vampire and Adalina got bit. XD She wouldn't change of course. But if you want to do that I think you should play the vamp. XD))

Vampire scent... Adalina almost started growling but that wouldn't be so good in front of someone that didn't know that she was a shifter. But the fur on her neck raised a bit and she lifted her head to look off at where the scent was coming from. She did growl, but it was very low, still threatening. The coyote jumped up when she heard movement. Just the slightest rustle. This was a quiet vampire, but not for a walker with good ears. She took a step forward and paused lowering her head. There was another rustle from behind her and she realized how fast the vampire really was. They all were. Now the vampire finally showed itself.
Lila was hungry. Very hungry. She hadn't been able to finished drinking Kagura's blood and now she had scented out Akito, who was alone. Plus she smelled good. The newborn grabbed Akito by the throat and growled. She had gone so fast, neither Adalina or Akito would have had time to blink before she had made it over to Akito.
Adalina growled as she whipped around and was over beside the vampire where she bit Lila. Her teeth sunk into the hard flesh, walker's where basically made to be immune to vampires strengths and such.
Lila turned and growled at the coyote she went to kick it but it was out of the way before she could. She dropped Akito and jumped to grab the coyote by the scruff. Adalina yelped and bit Lila again. When Lila dropped her she managed to hold on, but the vampire bit her then. Just because she was immune to the venom didn't mean it didn't hurt like h***. She squirmed only to be thrown. The vampire left without anything else to be said or done. That coyote had been able to hurt her and hadn't tasted right. That was all there was to it.
Adalina stood and coughed her tongue falling out the side of her maw. She thought for a moment she had bitten it and was probably right since she now could taste blood. The coyote lifted her front right leg up to look at it. She gave a huff and sat back down with a wince. D*** vampires. She thought bitterly.
((How's that? XD Sooner or later Lila is going to gain control... But for now she's my outta control newborn. XD))

The vampire had grabbed Akito's neck... it has been about to kill her, suck her blood. Now she figured that this Coyote was Adalina. She still didn't want to talk to her. She'd feel foolish. But she nodded to the coyote, both acknowledging her and in a way thanking her.
