Devon looked over at the red-headed man. He looked away for a breif moment and ran his hand through his hair. "Nothing wrong." He said to Kureno. "Everything is fine now." He said with a slight sigh. As long as he was doing what AKito wanted, everything would be fine.

"You don't seem fine," Kureno replied quietly. "What's going on?"

He forced a small smile. "Honestly, Kureno, It's nothing." He said with a slight wave of his hand as if to dismiss Kurneo's worries for him.

Kureno nodded, not entirely believing Devon was fine. "Alright then. Where's Akito?"

"I don't know." He lied again to Kureno.

Kureno shook his head. Obviously he didn't quite believe Devon. "Fine then. Tell me what's going on when you're ready. Please. And are you sure you didn't see Akito out here? There'll probably be a storm starting soon and I don't want her to be caught in it. Judging by those clouds, there's bound to be a lot of rain, and she doesn't do well in rain."
((I had another idea for our plot. x3 Wanna hear it?))

((Sure!))
Devon bit his lip. "Yeah, she was out there. But she's probably not anymore. I just talked with her." He said, pausing. "She said that she wanted me to leave." He explained briefly. He shrugged. "So... I'm leaving. No use in staying in Japan if Akito doesn't want me around anymore..." He said, trying to ack causual about the whole thing, but it was very hard for him to do, since he cared a great deal about Akito.

Kureno blinked. "Wanted you to leave?" He sounded absolutely incredulous. "That doesn't sound like Akito at all..." he was now trying to get the fact that Akito would ask Devon to leave to make sence.
((I shall pm it to you. And Devon ish wrong. XD She still out there. lol Poor girl. Poor Dev-kun, too.))

Myra was walking back when she actually noticed the storm. She had a slight worry for Akito who was still out there when she heard Kureno and Devon mention Akito. The way they were talking caught Myra off guard. Did they just say she when referring to Akito? That would explain how Akito was acting but what's going on? She questioned herself. Another thing she caught was that they though Akito had already come back in. She walked into the garden area preparing herself. She couldn't let them know that she had over heard.
"Hi Kureno." She greeted in her normal flat like voice. "You know what's wrong with Akito? He's still out there and it's about to rain." Myra decided that would be discreet enough. Wouldn't give away what she knew. Plus maybe they knew what was going on.

Kureno nodded. "Where was he? I need to bring him in before the rain starts."

Devon looked back a Myra. He didn't say anything, though. He just stood off to the side silently.

Myra glanced back through the trees. "Strait out there..." She muttered with a wary glance at Devon. "Be careful though. He threw a rock at me. I think he's in a bad mood." She added a quiet uneasy laugh at the end.

Kureno nodded. "Thanks, Myra. Why don't you get back inside before the storm starts?" He asked. The clouds were starting to roll in faster, and Akito had been known to lose consciousness when in the rain, especially if she was under a lot of stress.

Myra shrugged and walked back into a house.

"Devon, do you want to try talking to Akito? Maybe she wasn't thinking straight when she said she wanted you to go," Kureno said.
((Devon can say yes or no. If he says yes, he can be rejected /again/. XD I'm sooo mean right now.))

Kureno nodded and led Devon in the direction that Myra had pointed. Soon they found Akito.
Akito, who had resumed back to crying, curled up on the ground, had still been listening for footsteps. When she heard someone coming she wiped away the tears, hoping there would be no visible tearstains. She stood up.
Kureno walked over, followed by Devon. "Akito, you need to head back to the house. There's going to be a storm."
Akito wasn't paying attention to Kureno. She had her eyes trained on Devon's, forcing herself to look as mad as possible.

Devon watched Akito. "I was worried for you, Akito." He said softly to her.
((Would Akito be one to start yelling at him to push him farther away? XD))

((Both. XD))
Akito stalked over to them, brushing past Kureno right to Devon so they were close. She was going to regret doing this. Terribly. She shoved him. "I thought I told you to leave, Devon. I never want to see you again!" Again, she wanted to burst into tears.
Kureno noticed. He'd been able to detect how Akito was really feeling for years. It took practice. She wasn't mad at Devon at all. But he didn't say anything. Akito must have a very good reason to cause herself and Devon so much pain in separating. He'd ask later.
