Akito was lounging on the couch, just talking to Devon, spending time with him like she did just about every day.
A knock at the door.
Akito immediately fixed her position. She'd been leaning on him. Now she sat straight up, making space between them.
Shigure poked his head into the room.
Da**it, Shigure.
"Hiii, Aki-chan!" He said cheerily after he walked in and closed the door.
"Who said you could come in, dog?"
Shigure gave his best kicked-puppy look. "Aw, Aki, don't be like that."

Devon watched with a look of annoyance.
"Leave, I'm sure that distempered mutt of yours is waiting for you somewhere." He spat out, obvious distaste for the man.

"Eh, she left," Shigure said carelessly. "So I came to see Aki. But seeing as you're here, I guess it's a party, huh?" He said sarcastically.
"Shut up and leave, da**it!" Akito said irritably.

Devon reallly just wanted to punch this stupid dogs head into the ground right now...
But he restrained himself. "Please leave, Shigure." She said through clenched teeth.

"Mm, I don't think so!" Shigure chuckled. "I thought I'd spend time with Aki-chan," He said, grinning. Always, always keep the happy facade. He sauntered over and sat down on the couch, putting his arm around Akito's shoulders just to make Devon mad.
"Get your hands OFF of me, Shigure!" Akito demanded, trying to push him away. He was holding on tight though...
"Ahahaha! Nope," He said, sliding his hand down until his arm was looped around her waist. He pulled her close to him and smiled.
Akito tried to push away again. "Da**it, let--!" His lips meeting hers cut off her angry protest.
Akito's eyes were wide as she tried to pull away from him, but his hold was to strong. She let out a muffled yell... probably a good thing it was muffled because it sounded like she'd tried to say some colorful word that would be better if no one heard.

Devon snarled and pulled Aktio away from Shigure a bit to roughly.
"Next time you do that without her consent I'll kill you, mutt!" He yelled angerly at Shigure, still holding Akito by the arm. His golden eyes blazed up in a wild fire of fury.

Akito was surprised as she was pulled roughly out of Shigure's arms, a bit breathless from the kiss Shigure had given her, and absolutely furious, and she repeated what she'd tried to say when he was kissing her. I won't say what he said since there are little kiddies on here. (*laugh* starts with F... lol)
Shigure just chuckled darkly. "All right, if I do that again, feel free to kill me."

Shigure chuckled and leaned back, relaxed. "Mm, so what now...?" He wondered out loud.
Akito snarled. "How about you leave?" Right, like she'd be so lucky.
"Aren't you the one who blew up at me in the first place for leaving without protesting in the slightest...?" Shigure asked lightly, meaning a time when some of the Sohmas had went to eat and in a more private place Shigure and Akito had started talking. She'd been upset because when she'd told him to leave the house after doing what he did, he had gone without complaining, she accused him of wanting to leave.

"Eh, Devon..." Akito murmered. "Let go. You're hurting me..." She whispered.
"Didja hear that, Devon? You're hurting her. She wants you to let go. You should. You don't want to upset her, after all."
Akito glowered. "Da**it, Shigure! Shut the **** up!"
Shigure pretended to be hurt. "Aw, Aki, please don't be mean?"
Akito clenched her fists, nails digging into her palms, surprsied she hadn't started bleeding yet.
"Now Aki, You're stresing. You know that's bad for you," Shigure chuckled. "Not to mention if you dig your nails too far into your hands you'll start bleeding..."

Devon let go of Akito, the glare still on his pale face. He just wanted to rip that stupid dogs voice box out.
"You heard her. Shut the **** up." Devon hissed out smoothly.

Shigure chuckled. "You two are quite alike, neither of you are nice..."
"Shut up!" Akito growled. "You're the one who's not 'nice'! You need to be nicer! Nicer, nicer nicer!" She snapped.
"Right, I believe you said this to me before. I do suppose I'm not nice either," Shigure chuckled.
Akito leaned against Devon again, almost as if Shigure had exhausted her. "It's impossible to win against him," She whispered to herself. Only Devon would hear.

"Heh, maybe I'll call Aya down--" Shigure cut off when he saw Akito glaring at him and the mention of Ayame.
"Let me finish," Shigure said. "I'll call Aya down and he'll make tea for you and me."
"No, leave, now!"

Shigure shook his head. "I don't think I will," he chuckled. "I'm having too much fun."
"I'd bet if that woman came in here and told you to come with her you'd leave," Akito hissed.
"Naaah," Shigure chuckled.
"Why is it that that somehow doesn't sound reassuring?" Akito half-asked half... snarled. (XD Just because she's not a vampire doesn't mean she can't snarl. XD)
Shigure laughed. "Because you don't trust me, Aki-chan!" He chuckled.

"And who would trust you? Not even Crystal trusted you. Is that why she's gone?" He said almost tauntingly. He had heard the two yelling and argueing from when he was walking to Akito's house.
Yes, Devon was willing to use that as ammunition against Shigure.
