Adalina originally was walking now it was more of a soft pad. She had caught scent of werewolf. At the moment she was in coyote form. Probably something that would be attacked as soon as the werewolf found her. She was wearing a bright orange collar to avoid being shot and she had a simple black pack that held her clothing that she needed when she changed back. It was light enough that she could even run with it. But changing direction she slipped it off and nudged it under a tree root. She could sniff it out later when she needed it. But for now she had to worry about the wolves.
Jumping over a fallen log she slid to a stop. The scent was stronger now. Where were the wolves and how was she to confuse the trail enough that they didn't bother following it. Considering she had a slight human scent on her no doubt they would question whether she was a pet or no normal coyote. The walker lowered her head to stare around eyes boring into the unfamiliar territory. She realized that she was lost. Not a good thing in werewolf territory. Taking a couple steps back only to bump into the log she then flopped down and surveyed the area. Trees... Grass and undergrowth. She had no clue where to go. It seemed her nose was clogged with the scent of leaves and werewolf. There was an underlying scent of human. But she couldn't resist thinking...
Now I get eaten...

Quil had been out on a patrol, when something hunter orange caught his eye. He padded over to it. Weird. A coyote. He leaned down to the animal and let out a low growl. He poked it gently in the side, trying to scare it off of his territory. What was a coyote with a collar and a backpack doing here... ?

What the... Well cuss words. Adalinda thought jumping back with a slight growl at the wolf. But as soon as the growl had started she had stopped it. It wasn't smart to growl at a werewolf, or any wolf for that matter. She averted her gaze from her eyes but still watched him carefully. She almost wished she could talk right now. If it really was a werewolf it would understand her then. She backed a few steps back and tilted her head as she assessed the wolf carefully. Large. That was about what explained him. She flicked her tail to the side and looked completely away still watching him from the corner of her eye. A slight low growl, as if a clearing of a throat came from the other side of her. Well that was just great. She had a log behind her and a werewolf on each side.
Connor examined the coyote and frowned as if it mattered in wolf form. He let out a louder growl. The boy noticed Quil behind the coyote and figured it would run off sooner or later, most likely sooner. The odd thing about the coyote was that it was wearing a collar and had a backpack. Which was really strange. It was like how him and his pack would tie pants to there legs so when they went to change back they would have some clothing. This doesn't seem like a normal coyote. Think it's a pet? He half was talking to himself but mostly to Quil. Since the shape-shifters worked that way. ((Not to bad if I got that out of it. XD))

Probably. Connor thought back. That means we shouldn't hurt it... darn. A hint of a teasing tone was in Quil's thoughts as he jabbed at the coyote again with his paw, growling again, having fun now, not really hurting Adalina. He smirked, a lowered himself to Adalina's level, growling again.

((You said Connor. XD)) So what were you going to eat it? Ack, a rabbit or deer maybe but a coyote just seems to close to a wolf. Connor replied with a wolfish smirk that showed a few teeth. Yeah, they would probably tease the coyote a bit before sending it off.
Adalina growled back this time stepping away from Quil and jumping away from the two. To run or not to run? Well if she ran they would chase her and get more fun from her. Finally submitting she shed the backpack and lowered into a more submissive form. Although she did not trust the wolves with her stomach and throat. The more proper submissive position. Still, if she proved herself not a threat then maybe they would see her as boring and leave her be. She knew part of their human was in control, but they probably thought she was just a coyote and wanted to tease her a bit. D*** werewolves... She thought to herself bitterly.

Quil once again poked Adalina in the stomach, smirking now too. Who said I'm going to eat it? I just want to have some fun. Quil told Connor, still joking around. He bent down and now used to nose to roll over Adalina. He knew he could down really hard if her wanted too, but he had no intention of hurting Adalina.

Finally tired of playing underdog she rolled completely over back up to her feet. With a slightly wary growl, one that said back off, she back up a couple spaces. She had half a mind to snap the wolf across the muzzle but that would leave her quite in a bad position. The walker wasn't quite ready to have her throat ripped out.
Careful Quil. I think you made it angry. Connor said with a growly laugh. Taking couple steps around to stand closer to the coyotes side he became curious about the animal. Who had a pet coyote? It just seemed strange. Know anyone with a pet coyote? He asked curiously now poking the coyote in the side but drawing his head back quickly before she could really react.
When the wolf nudged her she had whipped her head around with a quick growl but he was out of the way before she could do anymore.

Quil let out laugh that sounded like a growl. Aw, poor coyote is upset. He said in a teasing tone, prodding it again with his paw. Nope. Probably some city slicker that breeds 'exoitic' pets. He responded, moving over to Adalin'a over side, poking her there, now.

Now sick of being poked Adalina growled and snapped at his paw taking a jump to the side her fur raising up. She really did not like where this was going. With her luck she would end up alive but in pain. At least her luck had kept her alive though! She did have the temptation to change right here. Being a Walker got her over any problem she had with being naked. It didn't bother her what so ever now. What bothered her was being around two wolves in her human form with no idea how they would react. Her human form couldn't run as fast as her coyote.
Careful. She bites. Connor said with a throaty laugh.

Quil chuckled, then stuck his muzzle under her belly, flipping the coyote over, then he poked the furry creature in the stomach, letting out bark-like laughs. He was even funnier when the copyote acted so irritated. Maybe it'll run and we'll get to chase it... Quil said thoughtfully, then laughed again.

Adalina let out an exaggerated yelp rolling back onto her stomach and finally snapping at Quil's ear drawing blood. She turned and jumped up onto the log slipping a bit but finally just standing up on it looking down on the wolves. Flicking her head back a bit she walked down to the end of the log. Her bag was still lying on the ground near the two. Tilting her head slightly she just stood expecting one of them to decide to chase her.
Told ya so. We might get to chase though. Looks like she wants the bag though. Wonder how you teach a coyote to carry a bag and stay with it like that. Connor said with another throaty laugh. He padded over to the bag and nudged it taking in the scent. Smells like a human for sure. And the coyote. He added tilting his head.

Quil let out a short yelp when his ear got chomped on. But it healed quickly. Quil followed Adalina down the log, his head cocked slight and his tounge lolling out of his mouth. Maybe we should take the bag...[//i] Quil smirked.

Think she would follow? Connor asked with a smirk.
Adalina sighed. They wanted a chase. Well fine. They would get a chase. She lept off the log jumping over Quil and sliding beside the bag. She slipped it over making sure it was secure without getting in the way of her movements. Darting off she waited to here the footsteps behind her. Well, they wouldn't catch her. Not unless she tripped. Which was fairly unlikely. Normally she was able to avoid tripping.
Now we chase. Connor said turning and running after what he thought to be a coyote.

Quil let out a loud howl of laughter, startling the birds that had been roosting peacefully in the tall, soaring pines. The little birds took flightly, chattering and squaking loudly as they were rudely awaked.
Quil lept after the smaller animal, his tail bushed out with excitment and the thrill of the chase. He let out another loud bark, his tounge flopping out of the side of his mouth.

Haha, she was faster. Much faster. She let out a bit of a laughing sound as she turned to look behind her. Turning back to the front of her she lept out of the way of a tree. Adalina was watching the trees for low branches that she could use to jump on and get away from the Weres. She lept onto a fairly large rock and glanced around. She was still a ways ahead of the wolves. With a quick look around she located a tree that looked fairly easy to climb onto. Or at least, jump onto. She lept up landing with half herself on the branch. Clawing with her back paws she finally got all the way onto the tree. She clambered up to the next branch and sat down next to the trunk of the tree.
Connor skidded to a stop at the rock where her scent ended. Instinctively he looked up. Woh... How did it get in a tree? I'm pretty sure I can't climb trees. He thought eyes wide.
A bad habit of hers she admits, but she still leaned down and stuck her tongue out at the wolf. She even smirked and gave a snicker that was sort of a snort and a growl mixed together.
I think it just stuck it's tongue out at me... And laughed. Connor thoughts, sitting down. He was now thoroughly confused.

Quil sat down with a loud THUMP. He looked up. Weird. Well, our patrol is just about over so I think I'll cheat and cut it short and just transform here. He said to Connor.

That sounds good. Connor said reaching around to pull his sweatpants tied to his leg off so that he could put them on once he had changed.
So they were changing. Great. She leaned down covering her eyes with her fronts paws with them laying on her muzzle.

Quil did the same with his own basketball shorts. He changed quickly, pulling the short on, he had no shrt, not like he would need it. It was hot out and his own body heat made it worse. It was almost summer, so he could jsut wear no shirt and look normal anyways.

Connor changed when Quill did and was now standing staring up at the coyote. "I don't think it's a full coyote..." He said.
Adalina smirked a coyotes smirk and stretched out to lay across the tree branch. Her pack hung loosely over the branch hanging down slightly. She may have shifted by now but since they had chased her she wasn't so sure. Then again they were wolves. And she was on their territory. Letting out a noise that wasn't really a growl but more so a bark, she wondered if it would be better to change.

Quil smirked. "Yeah, but now we can climb trees." He said, grabbing a low hanging tree branch with one hand and pulling himself up.
