It was really hard for her. Parents of the zodiac either get overly protective of their children, or reject them completely. She rejected me with her entire body. She was really sick because of it. But she's better now!" He smiled a bit, but you could see the underlying sadness. You didn't have to be Jasper. "And Momo still thinks I'm her big brother. She tries to tell Mama I look just like them. Mama won't hear it though. She doesn't think I'm her son."

Jasper nodded. That explained why Momiji had been feeling sad before Jasper had come out. Jasper knew what you were feeling but not why. You could worry but he wouldn't know what it was about."You still see her then?" Jasper half commented half asked. He didn't mind the silence but he felt that the others, after to much, did.

"Yeah, sometimes. Papa says it's not good to see Mama often. I might trigger something to bring the memories back. So I try to avoid seeing her, but not Momo. But since Momo follows Mama like a baby chick it's hard to spend much time with her," Momiji giggled a bit.
