"I guess Carlisle." Ember said, still holding onto his wrist. She lead him upstairs. Upstairs, there was just a hall way with doors. She turned to the dorr on the left and knocked on it gentaly.
"Come in." Said a silkly voice. Ember opened the door and stepped into a room. One three of the walls, there were bookshelves that seemed stocked with more books then a libary had. One the fourth wall, there were some painting. One of three men looking down on a city, and two of landscapes.

Yuki looked around.
Carlisle seemed like an odd name in Yuki's opinion. But he was sure that to many Americans, Yuki was probably an odd name.
It seemed Carlisle enjoyed reading.

"Hello, Ember." Carlisle, said, looking up from a book. He was a very handsome man that couldn't be over twenty. He had light blonde hair a blue eyes.
"Who is this?" He asked the teenager, looking at Yuki.

Yuki nodded. Carlisle looked too young to be a father, but it made sense that he might be, considering he's probably MUCH older than he looked.

Carlisle smiled...well..at least it looked like a smile.
"Around four hundred years." He said, thinking back, looking at the picture of the three, godly men in the painting. "I was born in London." He said, looking back at the picture.

Carlisle nodded once. "I must be going to work now." He said, taking a step to the door. "Good bye now, Yuki and Ember." He said, walking out of the door, but not before casting a look at the painting again. ((I'm thinking about making Aro and Jane. They're two minor bad guys. Aro is one of the men in the painting. And Jane is a vampire with a deadly talent ::evil grin:  |

"A while after Carlisle was...changed...he found a group of Vampires in Italy. The Volturi. They were a very civilized group. They weren't like the vampires that lvinged in the sewers in London. They were organized. They were powerful too. But they fed on Humans. Carlisle lived with them for a while. He was trying to convince them to feedon animals...they tried to convince him to go back to his true nature. After a while...he left." She said.

Yuki nodded. "Okay. I just hope he doesn't try to come back again. But why is it that vampires are hard as stone?" Yuki asked, only half joking. He sometimes wished they weren't hard as stone, because then he could defeat the 'bad guys' a whole lot easier.
