Yuki nodded, still chewing his strawberry. He went cross-eyed, looking rather silly.
He felt like making Ember laugh.

Yuki nodded. "Okay, I see." He popped another strawberry in his mouth.
"Are you getting hungry?" He had attempted to say through his mouthfull. But it sounded like, "Av o tig ngry?"
Then Yuki blushed.

Ember smiled. "No...I ate before you came over. The darker our eyes get...the hungrier we are. Our eyes turn black when we are starved. The opposite is for the Volturi. Their eyes turn brighter when they're hungry." Ember explained. Her eyes were a light amber color. when explaining the Volturi part, her voice became slightly bitter.

Yuki grinned. "Good. Hey, what do you guys normally do around here... other than hunt." Yuki added.
((LOL! A pic I once saw just came to mind. It was Hatsuharu sitting cross-legged on the ground, his cow tail and ears out. He was holding a hamburger and he was like, "Shigure, do you really expect me to eat this?" xDDDDDDDDDDDDDD))

Soon they reached the sunshine-filled dojo. Yuki took off his shoes and stepped inside, leaving the shoes out. He walked over to a closet and pulled out two dummies.
"I have a feeling you're gonna demolish this in one move... but here." Yuki laughed and set a dummy in front of Ember, then put the other one in front of him. "Now watch how I do this." He did a kick slowly so Ember could see every movement he did. "Okay, now I'll show you how it should look when you actually do it." He did it in regular motion, sending the dummy skidding back a ways.

Ember took a careful step into the light. Her skin instantly turned glittery. She watched Yuki intently, then did what he showed her.
It sent the dummy across the room.

"Now, let's do a punch. Use your right arm and punch straight forward, like this." Yuki showed her how to do it. His fist hit the air, but his arm moved so fast that it almost made a whooshing sound.
