"Might be making him hate himself more than he does," Hatsuharu pointed out. "He's always had a self-hatred, 'cause of things that happened when he was a kid. Now, I'm not blaming anything on you. I'm just letting you know that Yuki tends to blame himself for things sometimes," he told her.

Hatsuharu nodded. "Yeah. I'm sure you told him. He doesn't always listen, though. Anyway, be careful, someone might ask him out." He added the last sentence jokingly to lighten the mood.

Ember let out a small laugh.
"I'd rather have that happen then for him to feel so heart broken over me. I'm honestly not that good of a person." She said.

Haru nodded. "I suppose I've never gotten close to anyone yet," he murmered. "But I'm not mad, and I don't blame you. Just like Yuki doesn't. I just wanted to point out that heartbreak isn't the best thing for people like him. I am his best friend after all. I need to look out for him," he said. He smiled a bit at Ember.

Ember nodded. "I'm more then sad about this, too. But it's the way things have to be." She said to Haru, a small, sad smile on her face. "Besides... he'll get over me."

"Maybe he will. Maybe he won't. I'm still not over my girlfriend," Haru replied. He had a distant look for a moment. Like he was remembering something. "She and Yuki don't get along too well. Not like they hate eachother, but naturally, horses and rats don't get along." He chuckled a bit.

"Well, something happened, and she got hurt. She refused to tell me how. Instead, while laying in her hospital bed, she broke up with me. She said she was tired of me, and she didn't need me anymore. And I let her go. I want her to be happy, and if she's happier away from me, then that's the price I'll pay," Hatsuharu replied.
"Oh, and another time I visited her in the hospital afterward, she swung her IV at me." He chuckled quietly.

Hatsuharu nodded. "Yeah, except it's weird. When I think about her, I'm numb. I think my mind blocks the pain or something," he commented. "Don't be sorry. Rin must have a good reason. I'm just not sure why she broke up with me. I wonder if I said something wrong..." He said this mostly to himself.

"Can be. But... I guess I'm getting used to it. Well, don't be worrying about me." Hatsuharu said. He took another bite off of his pizza.
"Good pizza. Why aren't you eating? You aren't hungry either?" He chuckled. When he said either, he meant that Yuki wasn't hungry, like her.

Haru nodded. "I see. You Cullens never eat. Are you anorexic?" He asked jokingly, smirking at her. There was no way they could be anorexic, considering they all seemed to be in perfect shape... especially that Emmett guy.
