Ayra closed her eyes at the memory. "I cant remember that day. It is one of the most vivid days of my life... or un- life i guess." she said, smiling slightly. "He beat him though"

Nicio backed off and looked sheepishly at Sarah again. "So, how do you like it so far?" he asked her. Sarahs heart started to pump in fear- she knew that he could kill her in less than a second if he lost control. Ayra knew it too and she was keeping a very close eye on her brother.
Sarah smiled back and replied "It is very beautiful here. and the house is amazing." Nicio smiled in response and nodded. "Yes, yes it is. In my eyes, better than tuscany"

Nicio knew he didnt pose it as a question, but he answered it like one anyway. Never leaving his very controlled gaze at the fragile girl only inches away from his grasp, he answered Jonothan. "I worked... or was kept as a guard in the voulturis fortress for most of my second life. only when these three came-" he shrugged to Drake, Ayra and Kyome "- did I actually escape. they live in italy... a little ways away from tuscany"

The vampire girls nodded in unison. "Yes we were, but we got out in the nineties." Kyome said. "Nicio has only been out for about a month now..." she hesitated and looked at him. "And if we dont get his drinking problem under control here pretty soon, hes going to go mad from hunger." She looked at her friend in fear and sadness. "Thats what we need Sarah here for." Ayra said. "So he can get used to human blood."
Nicios eyes narrowed at his sister. "I still think this is a bad idea Aya, what if i unintentionally hurt her?" his gaze darted to sarahs for a second. "I dont want to hurt her..." he paused and looked down in embarrassment and Sarah felt her face blush as Kyome snickered "Just her?"
Nicio sighed and shook his head "You know what i mean" He grumbled as he went to the cabinet and got a metal and a glass cup then went to the fridge. He poured himself some metallic smelling, scarlet liquid for him and some orange juice for Sarah, who he walked back to and offered her the glass saying "If i ever hurt you, i promise i will make it up.. and ill start now by being nice."
Sarah shrugged and smiled. "Okay im good with that thank you." Nicio nodded as an answer and looked at jonathan. "So what do you do in the city?"

"Me? I'm a artist at a manga company," Jon replied, answering Nicio's question," but after encountering another vampire, this one a human hunting one, I had to stay away from the city for a few weeks. But, my boss has been very nice by letting me keeping my job. But I have a lot of catch up work to do. But, I'm aobut half way done, I believe."
