Sarah nodded, looking at her watch. /her eyes widened. "Oh no!" she said. "I have to... oh, we have to hurry!" she said, tugging on her hand, and ignoring the fact that he was ice cold. "Please! we have to hurry!"

Sarah did trust him, but she was unsure about closing her eyes in the middle of an alley. She decided to take her chances. "Fine" she said, clenching her eyes shut, and waiting for something to happen while she held her arms and papers close to her chest.

Jon looked around to see if anyone was looking. Then he grabbed her arm and, using his vampire speed, he took her to the edge of the forest, in no time flat.

Srah gasped, "WOAH!" she said breathlessly. "Oh, no no no no no... what are you?" she blurted out before squirming out of Jons arms. She looked to him, calm for some reason, as if it was just a thing and said. "Oh. Sorry about that! that just blurted out!"

Sarah hesitated, then shrugged and hugged Jon. "Thank you." she said embarrasingly. She turned and heard a crunch from behind the trees. Two woman stepped out, one her age, one a couple of years older than her. Sarah cocked her head at the two.
"Hello, I am Kyome, and this is Ayra. Are you Sarah?" the smaller one with medium, raven hair said very formally.

"The people who sent out applications for a job." the woman named Ayra sniffed. as she smelled Jons scent, her eyes widened in surprise, but only for a flash before surprise turned into amusement.
Ayra laughed, her hair fluttering almost like huge golden winds behind her. "But we did ask for a human-" She emphasized on human, which made Sarah's eyebrows raise "Girl, and i only see one out of you two that fit the job."
The blond haired one looked to the girl next to her. "What do you think Kyome? she the one?" she asked in a worried tone quietly enough for Sarah not to hear properly. "He needs training and we need a human to help us."
Kyome frowned in response. "Maybe. Give it a second or so."

Kyome just laughed silently. "Maybe you should come with us." Ayra said, ignoring his question. "I'm just cant believe you can't smell it. huh. must be a youngling still." she grumbled to Kome, who nodded.
By now, Sarahs head was permanently cocked to the side. Kyome looked at her and smiled wider. "You actually filled out that stuff? Wow." she laughed. She turned to Ayra. "I think we have a winner. She has a clear mind, but can hold up in a fight. or knows how to fake it at least."
Again, Sarah was speechless. It was like the teen had read her mind!

Kome walked foreward, stopping in front of Jon. "Can you smell it yet?" she asked, a teasing smile falling over her. Ayra walked foreward too, raising an eyebrow. "Maybe we are wrong... maybe he isn't a vampi-... one of us." She muttered to Kyome, staring at Jon. She spoke up. "Kyome can't answer that question in public, as you should know if you are one of us." She said slightly.
Ayra turned her attention to Sarah. "So, do accept the job? you have met our requirements." a smile touched her lips again, making her look like a beautiful goddess in Sarahs eyes.
Sarah's eyes popped as she gasped and unthinkably said "Really?" before catching herself, making Ayra chuckle and nod.
"Well, lets be off. Jon, would you like to come and we can explain more to the both of you?"

Kyome smirked. "Hope you can keep up boy." she said. Ayra ignored her again and went to Sarah. "I have to carry you, or this could be a long walk." she said, taking ahold of Sarahs hand carefully. as the fabric moved, Ayra saw a glint of metal. A dagger. Sarah gulped, but nodded. "Okay."
Ayra smiled and nodded, pulling Sarah onto her shoulders, piggy- back style. Then she started to run, Kyome, and hopefully Jon, right on her heals.

Kyome smirked. "Oh, its on young one." she said. In a flash, she was gone, zooming past Ayra and Sarah like nothing and keeping Jon in the dust. Ayra laughed. "Better not let your tail drag Boy! would hate to see your ego fail after challenging up to a person two thousand years old!"
