Tadao nodded. "I'll call her. What's her number?"
(We'll just skip him telling Tadao the number.)
After Tadao got the number, he nodded and strided out of the room to call her.
A few minutes later, a man with a scruffy beard, thinning hair, and a cane came in.
"Ugh, where's the Sohma guy? Has he taken care of you yet?" He asked, not really looking at the boy, but looking around the room. Then he let his blue eyes rest on Blake.
"Interesting arm," He commented, limping forward to get a closer look.
((He's not one to go O.O))

"Doctor House," the man replied simply. "So, what happened to your arm? Disease? Lose it in a fight? Let me guess, got shot off?"
The doctor was very good at guessing and was usually right.

"Not very wise," House said simply. "I sure wouldn't want to get in a fight with people with guns. Especially if I'm outnumbered."
((Blake could ask about the cane. So far, House isn't being a jerk... O.O Of course, I dunno what sorta mean thing I want him to say...))

House arched an eyebrow. Wasn't it easy to guess something like that?
"Obviously, my right leg is injured. One of the thigh muscles was removed in surgery," he told the kid. He tapped Blake's armor arm lightly with his cane, listening to the sound it made.
"It's hollow," he stated, frowning just slightly.

"I didn't expect you to know that. I figured you'd know that there was something wrong with it," House stated. "Anyway, it doesn't matter to you, right?" He tapped the arm again.
"Is it possible to take it off?"
Usually that was pretty out there, but House had a hunch.

"Huh," House mumbled. "That's interesting..." He decided he wouldn't tell Cuddy about this. Sure, he's a jerk, but he won't threaten some kid's possible privacy.
People could get famous for that stuff, after all.

House shook his head.
"Whatever. That's interesting, kid. I won't tell anyone about it." He shrugged. He pulled his Vicodin bottle out, put four or five pills in his hand, and swallowed them.

Blake felt a little relieved. But he wasn't quite sure if he will keep his word.

Tadao entered minutes later. There'd been a crowed he had to go through and it had taken forever to get back to the room. During his effort, Aurora had managed to get to the hospital and catch up to him. She vaguely knew him. She'd met him once at Shigure's and Crystal's house.
They entered the hospital room.
"Oh, hey House," Tadao said unhappily. Aurora just went to Blake's side.
"Oh my G*d, are you okay? Um, Tadao, he's gonna be all right, right?" She asked, eyes wide. She looked frantic.
"Yeah," Tadao replied. "He'll be fine..." He glanced at House.

"You should be laying down," Tadao said immediately. "You have a broken rib."
Aura glared at him in one of those loving ways that said, 'I'm clearly concerned about you'.
"I'm fine. You, however, are NOT! Lay down," she told him, pushing very, very lightly on his shoulders.
