Past is Gone as Present is Today(Jade)

Raven walked out of her room stopping in the hallway. She glanced around then continued into the living room. Flight was sitting on the chair at the table. She looked preoccupied with some books and such. Then the pack leader looked up at Raven.
"Hey, I need to talk to you." She said. "You can sit down here."
Raven tilted her head but walked over to sit down.

"What?" She asked.

"What's you past? Really. Don't lie, either." Flight replied.

Raven's eyes widened. What? How did she know she was lying? She had told everyone the same story ever since she had became a werewolf. "Why?"

"Because I'm worried. I've heard you think suicide. It's deep, but there."

"It's not me. Alright, I'm fine." Her words were mumbled.

"C'mon. I'm worried. Your like a sister." She prompted.

"It's nothing. It done and gone."

"Please, just tell me. Okay?"

"I don't want to talk about it." The other nearly snapped.

"I'm going to figure out sooner or later, someone will."

"It's not like I killed them! They killed themselves!" She did snap then dropped her head to hide her face.

"Who's that?"

"I-I heard the gunshot one morning and found mom dead."

"You lied. Who found her?"

"... My, sister..." Raven mumbled.

"Did she also... Kill herself?" Flight asked, worried for the girl.

"It doesn't matter!" The other pack member snapped and walked out of the house refraining from slamming the door. Her control was normally so much better, but she was upset. She hated talking about her family. She couldn't have the perfect family she had thought up. Mom and dad just busy, so they dropped her off at her aunts for a while. Then her older sister in college.

Nothing could be like that though.

The black haired werewolf let out a sigh as she walked back along the path in the woods.

((Maybe Keiji could have heard, and he follows her out. XD))

Keiji had heard the entire conversation and had taken an alternate exit out of the house. He soon caught up with her, making no hint he'd been listening to the two talk.

"Hey," he said lightly. "S'up?" Maybe he could lighten her mood.

Raven glanced over at him, her arms across her chest. "Nothing really." She replied glancing back off at the ground. It probably wasn't good that she was lying. But if she was going to h*ll why bother with trying to be better? She found no point for it.
"What are you doing out here?" She asked, just to talk, get her mind off of things.

Keiji was feeling bold today, and so he wrapped an arm around her shoulders.

"Just wanted to talk," he replied, shrugging. "And I knew you were outside. So..." he trailed of, giving her shoulder a squeeze.

Raven nodded slightly, relaxing a bit as he put an arm around her.
"If you heard what Flight and I were talking about, it's okay to ask." She stated glancing at him.

[Akkii]

"Good, it was killing me," Keiji said jokingly, flashing her one of his crooked smiles that showed his teeth, which were crooked and a little yellowed. "You know, my mom died to. I'm not sure whether or not it was on purpose though..." He frowned. His mother had started doing drugs, and.... well, it had gotten worse from there. Sure, she never hurt him, but she got REALLY mad when he wouldn't make enough money from selling drugs. It was scary, too. Yes, he had been a cursed Sohma. But when his mother had shot his father, who was the one who was part of the Sohma family, Akito had cut his mom off from the funds she should have still been getting for raising him.

Raven nodded slightly. Though she didn't return the smile. "Yeah..." She said trailing off. "Mom wasn't very... Stable. And I guess if she had a mental illness it sorta passed down the line. Or they really couldn't handle life." The werewolf now spoke calmly. It was the past, no need to dwell on it.
"I think Flight just doesn't like being lied to for so long..." She added trailing off.

[Akkii]

Keiji gave Raven another little squeeze.

"Sucks, huh? To experience stuff like losing family?" He sounded a little sorrowful, but obviously didn't like dwelling on it, just like Raven.

"Mm, yeah." Raven said thoughtfully. She didn't like dwelling on it more because she thought of the people she had killed, or watched die. And their familes. The girl looked down and winced. She put her arm around his torso.
"Now I just have to worry about my pack though." She added simply; leaning against him slightly as they walked.

[Akkii]

Keiji nodded. "I like being a part of this 'family,' " he told her, smiling a little bit again.

((Bleh.))

Raven glanced up at him and smiled slightly. "You've changed too. Your personality, it seems like your more laid back." She stated.

[Akkii]

Keiji nodded. "Well it's not like I'm gonna be all wary around you guys anymore. He**, I've known you all for three years and you're all trustworthy in my oppinion... obviously."

He was still considered a Sohma, so they got access to money, too. That was pretty nice. Akito's change of heart had led her to start putting money in Keiji's account again.

Raven nodded with a slight smile. "Yeah, I know that." The werewolf stated.

((We need a plot for these two... XD))
