Palla didn't reply for a minute. She swung her long legs over his lap and leaned her head against his chest. "We could watch Spongebob." she suggested quietly, a small smile lighting her thin face. She felt her heart pound wildly at the pospect of being so close to him.

Shani put his arms around her then smirked. "Spongebob? Alright. Whatever makes you happy." He said setting his chin on her shoulder; breathing in her scent. Being this close to her was... Interesting, though that word didn't quite work.

"I love you." He said; kissing her cheek.

"Just the cheek? I can just feel the love." Palla said, struggling once more not to laugh as she spoke. She rubbed her arms, shivering slightly. "Are you trying to freeze me to death?" she said suddenly. "Or are you descended from a long line of Eskimos?"

Shani smirked. "Well, I could get up and turn the heat up..." He said trailing off. The Fae kissed her again on the lips this time; lingering there for a moment. "Heater then? Because I'm not really an Eskimo." He said laughing a bit.

Palla smiled evily. She held the phone out to Shani. "Have fun." she laughed, prtending to be an evil mastermind and stroking her imaginary beard.

"I shall." Shani said; smirking. He took the phone and cleared his throat; dialing the number and holding the phone to his ear.
"Hello. This is Shani. Palla's fiance." He said resisting a smirk. Well, he was a get straight to the point kind of person... Mostly...

"WHAT?"

Palla could hear her mothers screech even a few feet away.

"WHERE IS MY DAUGHTER?! PALLA! PALLA! YOU GET ON THE PHONE THIS INSTANT! PUT ME ON SPEAKER!" she screamed.

"I don't think thats nesecery." Palla mouthed, but she crossed her arms over her chest.

"OO! SHANI! SHANI, I'M GOING TO KILL YOU! YOU BETTER SLEEP WITH YOUR EYES OPEN, BOY!" she threatened.

Palla was trying not to laugh.

Shani covered his mouth as he held in laughter. He wasn't worried about being killed anyway.
"I apologize for the short notice, but you see it was the only way I could prove I loved her." He then pulled the phone away slightly and set the phone on speaker phone.
"It's on speaker phone." He stated quite calmly.

*The next few minutes were filled with many obscene and vulgar language and behavior, and as such, the text has been removed from the site.* (LOLLLL)

"Yes, mother. Yes, I know. Good-bye now." Palla said, and then clicked the end button. There was a moment of silence, and then she colapsed onto the floor, laughing so hard she cried. "You're gonna be DEAD!" she choked out through her laughter.

Shani rolled his eyes. "Well, when I'm dead make sure you remember it was for you." He said very seriously. Then he started laughing and sat down on the floor next to her.
"So, does this mean that your mother is going to be here to murder me some time?" He asked laughing a bit more.

"After she wrecks your car, takes the money out of your bank account, and forecloses your house?" Palla said, still laughing. "Yeah, she'll come for you after that." she smiled, wishing the rest of her life could have been like this. "You might want to change yuor passwords and invest in an alarm system." she suggested.

Shani shrugged. "Yeah, so... Wait, that's all illegal. I can imagine the laughs I'll get at the police station when I say my soon to be mother-in-law did all that stuff." He said smirking. The Fae looked back over at her and tilted his head.
"Mm, but who needs all that crap anyway?" He asked leaning forward and kissing her on the lips. "I don't think she'll do anything to you, think that is." He added after pulling away; looking at her.

Palla smiled. "You'd be surprised." she said quietly, before standing up. "Anyways, I figure she'd be too busy harrasing the wedding planner to do that. Poor guy." she said sympatheticly.

Shani chuckled. "Hopefully that's the way things go." He said; smirking lightly now.
