Maliki was back at the main house. Here to see Nadia. Her family had understood well enough what was going on. After they'd explained things to them. At first they didn't really believe it, then slowly started to understand. Things were okay. Though there was something that was bugging him. How long could he stay as he was? A shape-shifter sort of wolf? He didn't feel distanced from her or anything, he just thought, maybe, it would be better if he was with her. As in, a werewolf like her.
He looked down at the ground, before sighing and knocking on the door. Rocking back on his heels he wondered about nothing in particular. Well, aside from who would be willing to change him into a werewolf.
Aika was the one that answered the door. Smiling brightly when she saw him. "Hello, Maliki. Nice to see you, come on in." She greeted. Maliki still felt rather awkward around the cheerful woman. It bothered him oddly enough. "Here to see Nadia?" She added the question. He gave a slight nod. Some people probably wouldn't take kindly to him being around the girl. Considering he was quite a bit older then her, and a boy to make another point. But Nadia's adopted family trusted him, so it seemed, for now.
Maliki started back to Nadia's room, looking in once he was there. "Hey." He greeted with a slight smile. It was easy to tell he cared for her, loved her. His eyes easily lit up when he saw her. So long as he had her, he was happy.

Nadia had been alone at that moment, reading a book that Aidan had bought her a while back that she'd never gotten around to reading. She still struggled with reading, sometimes, but since she had a family that taught her, now, she could read fairly well.
"Hi!" she said cheerily when Maliki came in. She marked her page in the book and shut it. She shifted into a sitting position on her bed, where her legs dangled off the edge. "I'm happy you're here! I was getting really bored."

Maliki smiled when she greeted him and walked over to look down at the girl. He glanced at the book she'd been reading then back at her. "Reading not so great then?" He asked with a slight smirk. "But I was hoping we could go for a walk." He added. Though he left out the fact that he wanted to talk to her alone. He still hadn't figured out what exactly to say.

Nadia laughed. "It's only the beginning of the book and still kind of boring," she told him. "Yeah, let's go for a walk," she agreed.
She had actually been thinking about doing just that, but hadn't wanted to at the same time. But now she did, since Maliki was here.

Maliki smiled and took her hand pulling her up gently. He gave the girl a hug before then nodding a bit more after pulling away. "Okay, lets go then. You want to stay around here or go somewhere else?" He asked.

"Whichever," Nadia replied with a grin, standing up now. She hugged him and waited for him to lead the way.

"We can stay here then." Maliki replied, giving a slight smile again. He led her back outside; walking with her now. After a moment he finally figured out what he could say. Sort of. It wasn't a clear plan, not so well thought out. "I was thinking, Nadia..." He started, thinking a moment, taking a low breath. "I think I should become a wolf like you though. Instead of just a shifter." The boy stated looking over at her.

Nadia was surprised at first. "But..." She frowned, surprise getting replaced by concern. "But Maliki, you wouldn't want it. It-it hurts. A lot..." She shook her head. "Why do you want that? Why would you rather be like me instead of the way you are now?" she asked him.

Maliki glanced down then back at her. "If you can handle it I can." He stated about it hurting. The boy understood that it would hurt. But he wanted it, so that he could be like Nadia. It may not be the best reason, but he could hear his own packs thoughts and not hers. She was a wolf, but not a shifter like him. It was hard to explain why exactly he wanted it. "Because, then I would be like you. I... Think-" He paused really wishing he had thought the whole thing out completely-" it would be the right thing to do." He finished, feeling that it may make sense. "Maybe it doesn't make sense to you, but it does to me..." The boy added in a mumbled with a glance down.
