Shade walked quietly into Tadao's house. She saw that Tadao was working. She saw that he was working. She smiled a bit. He was always working.
She stood there for a moment, then walked over to him quietly.
She put her arms gently around Tadao's neck and kissed him on the cheek softly.
"Hey there." She said to him.

Tadao jumped just slightly. Shade always entered so silently.
"Hey, beautiful," He chuckled. "Did you sneak all the way over here? You know, if you were caught by Akito or any of his maids you would have had a lot of trouble."
He kissed her cheek, since her head was near his.

She grinned.
"Yeah. I snuck over here. Couldn't wait to see ya. I would tell Hatori to tell you to sneak out, but I think he's with Mom..." She said trailing off. Her mother was always with Hatori.
She looked at what he was doing.
"So what have you been up to?" She asked, looking back up at him.

"Medical studies. Hatori's training me by having me take care of Akito now and then. Him or other people that are sick. Soon as I'm an official doctor I want a job at the hospital. Of course, I'll help Nii-san every chance I can. He's overworked." Tadao explained, smiling at her.

"I understand that you want to help Hatori, but if you're working at the hospital and helping out here, won't you be overworked yourself?" She asked, concerned for him.

"Guess I'll have to make a decision then. Maybe I'll work at the hospital during the week and help out here on weekends... Make that on saturdays. You and I'll need some time together, won't we?" Tadao smiled at her.

She nodded then hugged him. She buried her head into his neck, she could actually reach his neck because he was still sitting down.
"I've missed you..." She said to him softly, not intending on changing the subject. But she hadn't seen him in almost two weeks.

"I've missed you too. Mm... seeing Hatori with your mom all the time is kinda uncomfortable sometimes. I'm glad I have my own place," Tadao chuckled. He kissed her head, since her face was buried in his neck.

"It's okay," Tadao promised her. "I understand why. I would have gone to see you, but.... to tell you the truth, Akito's kinda clingy," He chuckled very quietly.

Shade chuckled. But secretly, she didn't think it would have been very good if Tadao had came to visit in the last couple of days. The bruises on her arms were still healing. She was glad her long sleve shirt covered them up.
She kissed Tadao's cheek again.

"Everything's good. I'm glad I'm not cursed anymore. Wish Akito hadn't begged me to stay. Man, it was actually kinda scary. 'God' breaking down in front of you like that isn't something you expect to see," Tadao chuckled.

Shade nodded and listened to Tadao speak.
"I've only met Akit once. He didn't seem like the person to just break down and cry." She said.

"I know. But he is. I was never aware how scared he was of losing the juunishi," Tadao said. He wondered if he should share what he suspected of Akito.

Tadao looked a bit surprised, but also as if he half-expected it.
"I was starting to suspect Akito wasn't really a guy. He... she hangs around this one guy a lot. Guess she's in love with him...." He said, sort of thinking to himself.
