Hiro left the room.
"Mm, I hope Hiro isn't so upset he'll start yelling at you," Hatori said, the right corner of his mout twitching up just slightly.
Hiro walked in a few minutes later, followed by an orange-haired girl, just a bit taller than him. Probably a year or so older than the boy. She was sickly pale.
"C'mere, Kisa," Hatori said. Kisa nodded and walked over to him. He'd already gotten his doctor bag, which was usually within his reach. He pulled in and grabbed a thermometer. It wasn't one you put in the mouth, though. One you used to put in the ear. He'd check to see if she had a fever quickly. In a few moments the thermometer beeped and he glanced at it. A fever of 102. "Lay down on the couch, Kisa," He said, standing up. The girl nodded meekly and walked over to the couch, Hiro helping her. Hatori was getting a big bowl out of the cabinet, just in case. Then he got some medicine to settle her stomach... too bad there weren't any ginger snaps. They helped, and he happened to know Kisa particularly enjoyed them. He gave her the medicine. Then he glanced at Hiro. "Hiro, would you like anything to eat?" He pointed to the food on the table.
Hiro shrugged. "Whatever," He mumbled, walking over to the table to sit.

Kira watched the sick girl. She could understand how bad she was feeling right now. Kira felt that way just about all the time.

"So, what're you doing here? Hatori doesn't usually have visitors," Hiro said bluntly, putting some food on an extra plate Hatori had gotten for him.

"Hatori invited me over." Kira explained to the boy.

"Why'd he invite you over?" Hiro asked.
"Hiro! That's no way to speak to a lady!" Momiji scolded him.
"Shut up, rabbit," Hiro spat. "I'll do what I want."
"Hiro..." Kisa squeaked from where she was on the couch. "Please don't be mean...?" she pleaded.
Hiro's features softened a bit as Kisa spoke.

Kira bit her lip at the boys outburst, but decided to respond calmly to his quiestion. He was, after all, just a kid.
"I'm a friend of Hatori's." She said to Hiro.

"Wow. Never thought Hatori would have another girlfriend after Kana," Hiro said smoothly. He tried not to be so rude now, since Kisa was there. He hated himself for how he acted. When he did that he was usually mad, then he'd get madder at himself for doing it, which made him continue to do it. So it was difficult to not do it.

Kira had no idea what to respond to that. SHe put her hand over her mouth and coughed a bit.

"Hey, you sick?" Hiro asked, looking just a bit worried now. Well, Kisa was sick, too...

"Okay," Hiro nodded.
"You wanna know what Hiro-kun is, Kira?" Momiji asked cheerily.

"Sure." She said, the small smile still on her face.

"He's a sheep!" Momiji laughed.
"Wait, she knows?" Hiro asked. "So..." he snickered a bit. "Has she seen Hatori's form."
"Yes, she's seen my form, and she didn't laugh at it," Hatori said.
"Oh, so it was like Kana then? Kira was like Agh! Water!" Hiro asked, smirking.
"Oh, and Kisa's a tiger," Momiji pointed to the sick girl, who had some color returning to her face.

Kira looked over at Kisa. Poor girl...
Kira looked over at Hiro.
"Actually, we were outside when I slipped and fell on Hatori..." She said.

"You fell on him, huh?" Hiro laughed.
Kisa sat up. "Hatori-san," she said timidly. "I think I'm feeling better."
"Well, stay here a bit longer. If you continue to feel better, I'll give you some fish," Hatori told her.
She nodded.
"So, Kira-san. You are a friend of Hatori-san's, right? You're very nice. I bet Hatori-san likes it," She said to Kira in her little windchime voice.
((Not even a vampire and has a windchime voice. XDDD))

Kira blushed a bit at Hiro's comment, then smiled at Kisa.
"Thanks, Kisa." She said with a soft smile.
