Crystal sighed. "There was a crazy woman in the house, holding a knife to my throat, forcing him to make a decision. Either I would live, and the head of his family and ex-girlfriend would die, or vice-versa. Well, obviously he chose me. But then he admitted that he still loved the woman that he had just giving that murderer permission to kill!" She shouted. "He still loves her!"

"Crystal, it must mean something that he chose you over her. Think, if that's the head of his family, he's probably known her for a long time, right? It must have been hard for him to choose between you and her. But he chose you. Which means that he loves you enough that he'd give up his old love for you. He'd probably give up his own life for you, too," Jessi said.

Crystal thought about that.
"I don't know, still. I'm not sure if I can trust him completely. He's told me so little about himself..." She sighed. "It doesn't matter, I'm here now, we should have fun! Want me to take you somewhere to eat?" She asked.

Jessi smiled. "Yeah! Have fun. Where do you want to go? I've been saving up money, it can be my treat," She suggested, waving her wallet at Crystal.

"Yes! Eat! Food!" Jessi giggled. Though she wasn't a werewolf (and didn't know about them), she had an appetite almost as large as Crystal's. "What kind you want? Bet you had loads of Japanese food while you were away," She laughed.

Jessi laughed and followed. "I got a new pick-up truck," She said, pointing to the mud-spattered forest green truck in the drive way. "Wanna take it? Or do you want to take yours?"

Jessi grinned. "Thanks!" She pulled her keys out of her pocket and hopped into the driver's seat.
"So, when you listened to the radio were you stuck listening to Japanese music?" She asked, luaghing.

She laughed a bit. "Not all the time. But the american stations were always a bit fuzzy." She said with a chuckle.

Jessi laughed too. "Yep, well you can hear 'em loud and clear here," She said with a smirk, turning on the radio. Immediately country music was blaring, because she'd had it up really loud earlier. She turned it down quickly.
"I keep forgetting to turn it down before I turn it off," She said, making a face.
