Takara and Emeric got Takara 'un-lost', and they passed her house. She stopped.
"Um, that's my house, do you mind if I go and get something?" She asked him, cocking her head. "And you can meet my brother."

Takara walked in, inviting Emeric in as well before she went to the kitchen to grab what she needed.
"L.. ?" She called. She figured he'd either be in his chair in the living room or the kitchen, because those were the ONLY places in the house he went unless they had company. Normally then he retreated back to his room, wanting to have nothing to do with them.

"Yeah?" Lawliet came out of the living room, eating. As he normally was. "Who's this?" He asked in his monotone voice, speaking of Emeric, of course.
"Abendroth Emeric." Emeric replied bowing to Lawliet. "I think I've seen you at the police station..." He commented.
"Likewise. You are a social worker." Lawliet replied.
"Er... Yes." For some reason Emeric felt uncomfortable around Lawliet.
"Then you know I'm a cop?" Lawliet said.
"Of course." Emeric replied. Wait... Was this like, the protective brother routine?

"I've only seen him at the police station. Something with an abusive dad. Then there's the people that need social workers for kids and whatnot." Lawliet replied. In his opinion, Emeric wasn't a bad person. But that wasn't going to stop him from being the suspicious brother and cop that he was at times.
Emeric glanced down then nodded. "Yes. That case. The two children I got homes with the Sohma's. I mentioned them." He said smiling slightly; glancing at Takara.

"Tell her I said hi and that she needs to come over some time." Lawliet said simply. With one more glance at Emeric he went into the kitchen.
Emeric blinked. "Um... Okay. Lets go." He said smiling at Takara. This must have been what she meant about odd family. The Fae opened the door for her and waited.

Takara smiled up at him again and walked out the door. Once closed, she told him, "I told you my family was odd." She continued to walk though along side Emeric.

"Kira's hard to explain. She's nice and sweet and hates lying to people, but she has a bit of a temper at times." She said to him.

Takara laughed. Although it wasn't a happy one. "Timid? Shy? Stupid? Crazy? Do any of those words sound right?" She said, a bit of sarcasim in her voice. She looked infront of her again. She ran her hand through her bang, swipping them out of her pale green eyes.

"Hm... I don't think you're Stupid or crazy, you don't even seem to shy. Maybe a little timid though." Emeric replied. The Fae smiled slightly at the women. It was odd how she really believed she was crazy.
"Besides, most people that admit they're crazy aren't at all." He added thoughtfully. "You're just being modest." It was added with a smirk and a calm, but slightly joking tone.

"Hm..." Emeric seemed to be thinking. Well, really he was. "I think you're kind of funny, smarter then you let on. A little timid, as said, but nice. A good person, that's hiding something..." He trailed off here because he didn't want to accidentally mention something he had hear her think about before he had sort of flicked his power off.
