"Wonder if it would work on a vampire." Yoshiaki commented. He caught what she said under her breath and was once more caught by curiosity. "Who is Akito? Is he like the god or something?" He asked trying to recall the Zodiac story.

"Ah... So Kyo must be the cat and Yuki is the rat." Yoshiaki concluded aloud. "Why is Akito cruel?" He asked. He figured most cruel behavior had to start somewhere. Even if Kagura didn't know there was probably more to it then the Zodiac saw. Yoshiaki didn't want to believe that people were just naturally cruel. It didn't seem right.

"Eh? I dunno. He's almost always been that way. He started with being mean to Yuki, then Kyo, then all of us," Kagura explained. "Though, everyone knows that Akito has some sort of mother-child conflict going on..." she said.

Yoshiaki nodded. That made since... Sort of. "Are you actually related to the others by blood or are you just a Sohma through being part of the Zodiac?" He thought he would ask another question. She may have gotten to ask all her questions to Yuki about vampires but he really didn't know what he would say if she asked some more. Most likely he would tell the dead truth. Right now he pondered babbling about that.

Kagura nodded. "Yep. Except it was just grocerie shopping. Tohru-kun was kind to let me and Kyo do the shopping for her," she beamed. "Kyo yelled at me though, and that was embarrassing."

Yoshiaki couldn't resist a chuckle. "Kyo has a temper doesn't he?" He said now just smirking. This was amusing. Watching her reactions and listening to what she had to say.

Yoshiaki pondered this for a moment. "Does the dragon actually turn into a dragon?" He couldn't resist asking this one. It was a curiosity that he had thought up just now.

Kagura smirked. "That one's actually kinda funny. Actually, since the dragon doesn't exist, those cursed by the dragon turned into the seahorse. Because the Japanese word for seahorse literally translates into baby dragon. Hatori, who is cursed by the spirit of the dragon, has a problem with it. It embarrasses him really badly."

Yoshiaki chuckled. "That is pretty funny though. Kinda feel sorry for the dragons of the Zodiac. Won't they need water though? Then again I guess that would be bad if they did." He commented.

"Nah, they don't need water. They're different from normal seahorses," Kagura said with a chuckle.
You heard the squeal of a pig from somewhere nearby, in the trees, and then a boar was rushing clumsily through the undergrowth. It skidded to a halt right before it collided with Kagura's legs. She blushed a bit. "I guess I should mention that when you're cursed, the animal that your cursed with attracts other animals to you of that species. Rats to the Rat. Cats to the Cat. Dogs, or even wolves, to the Dog. And so on."

Yoshiaki laughed. "That must get annoying. Luckily we aren't in the mountains or some place where there are a lot of boars." He said now just smirking. This curse was amusing to him as an outsider. But he knew there must be something behind it by the way they all acted. Then again the hugging was a bad thing. To not be able to hug your boyfriend or girlfriend without turning into an animal. Can't be good at all. On top of that it was apparent that the one cursed with the god was cruel. Yet he did not pity them. Why...? Well he wasn't the type to take pity on anyone. But that didn't mean he didn't show mercy or wasn't compassionate. He just wasn't the type to pity anyone. He found it silly. Rarely did people want pity. More so they wanted attention or to be left alone. One or the other.

"Somewhere around thousands of years," Kagura replied. "So... it's pretty old. But nobody's really sure when the zodiac was invented, so it may be less..." She explained. "Either way, it's really old," she laughed. "Now I have a question for you. How old are you? I mean, not just physical age, but your actual age."
She wanted to know this.

Yoshiaki had to think hard about this. It had been a while before he had thought about his actual age. "I'm not sure but very long... I sorta stopped counting. I suppose around six hundred years." He said still thinking about it. He was unsure of how old he is. All he really knew was that he was really old.
